I cannot fault any part of my experience in attaining a motorhome from Adrian at Bridgend Leisure Vehicles. He kept in contact and kept me updated all the way through. I've been looking for a very specific 6 berth caravan layout for a while now. I live in Northern Ireland but have been looking to buy a van on the mainland, due to limited vans of the layout I want. With the distance involved I needed to commit to the van before actually seeing it in person and need to be sure it is in good condition. I came across one which was due in with Bridgend Leisure Vehicles. Adrian was great in terms of being able to provide me with all of the information I needed and also sent me videos of the van and all of the relevant documentation. He had arranged to deliver the van to the Ferry port to save me journey time and all round his customer service was excellent. Unfortunately when the van was delivered to Adrian there was a damp issue (which Adrian wasn't previously aware of). In finding this out he contacted me immediately and informed the van was not suitable for sale and fully refunded my holding deposit that day. Although I didn't get the van I was after, Adrian's customer service was fantastic throughout and I'd definitely recommend this company.

I had a camper van for sale but due to COVID and regarding selling was a slight pain. The cash value of the camper was quite high and Adrian was able to offer finance for the vehicle and meant a quick sale. The service was great with regular updates and very friendly, he managed to get the full value I wanted and will be going towards a house! Thank you would definitely recommend.

Adrian is knowledgeable and understands the vehicles he sells. He is relaxed with an easy manner and “no pressure” approach.

On our first outing in our new motorhome it developed a small electrical problem. We called Adrian who diagnosed the problem over the phone and arranged to collect the vehicle a couple of days later to have the remedial work undertaken under warranty.

Despite Covid lockdown, Adrian made it easy for us to arrange to see our chosen vehicle and take her for a drive. He gave us a very reasonable part ex on our "old girl" and then delivered our new Dethleffs darling to our door- even including the tricky parking on the drive!
So far everything seems great; we still have to get the TV satellite dish sorted and then actually go travelling! (Being in Wales, have just had to postpone our booking!)

I cant express my thanks to Adrian enough. We were enduring a difficult time with illness etc and Adrian took control of everything, advertising, you tube videos, personal viewings and customer care. He sold the caravan quickly, professionally and with attention to the little details. You dont get that personal service with a large dealership and if I was looking to buy a caravan or motorhome again I would only use Adrian as he looks after you and what you want or need and not any sales commissions.

We would highly recommend Bridgend vehicles. Adrian provided a very good after-sales service. He is very honest reliable and true to his word. Would definitely deal with him again in the future.
