Saw van on 1 of Elliots walk and talk around van exactly what we wanted. Contacted them and put deposit on van. Travelled up from Cornwall on the Saturday and the van was everything Elliot had said. Totally delighted with the whole deal. Very nice and easy person to deal with. Would definitely recommend for buying vans. Vans are presented excellently with the extras that they put on. Couldn't be happier 😃😃

Just traded and upgraded to wonderful ford transit custom 2019 plate through Bridgend van centre . The sales manager and delivery driver could not have been any more supportive through the whole transaction. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I would just like to thank Elliot and Julian from Bridgend Van Centre. I viewed a car on Bridgend website and decided it was the car for me, only issue was i am in Northern Ireland and the car is in Wales. I reached out to Elliot at Bridgend and explained to Elliot i was in NI and i wanted to trade in my car against this car. All i can say is Elliot made this sale feel like i was delaing with a local dealer, totally seamless. Elliot oganised all transport, ferry and a driver to deliver my new car and collect my trade in. Once again thanks Elliot im very happy with my new car and if possible i will deal with you again in the future. I higly reccomend Bridgend Vans to any people thinking of purchasing a van or car in the future.

Staff were friendly and helpful from start to completion. From trying out van, to putting it through MOT and servicing it, to setting up tax, and even to putting fuel in the tank. The gentleman was upset to think that I expected the tank to be empty and asked for the nearest garage. They made the whole experience pain free. Thankyou

Absolutely fantastic VW Transporter supplied by Bridgend Van Centre. Elliot went the extra mile to get the van ready for a trip to the south coast. They made sure the van had all its up to date servicing done. In all a great vehicle and top service from all the guys at BVC

Really unimpressed with the after sales service. I put a deposit down on a large vehicle and I gave them DAYS to make it ready for me. I checked in with them regularly to check if it was OK for pickup. On the day I eventually came for pickup, they told me the tailgate cover was broken. This after several days of me checking with them it was OK to break my work day to turn up. They were only just washing it when I got there. Then they promised to order and fit the broken parts...and that's the last I heard from them. AVOID!
