The guys at BVC were excellent. It was the high quality video content and details that attracted me to their business. They kept me informed all the way through and the process felt really well supported, especially as a new van owner. I am pleased we went with BVC and would recommend to others.

My business recently purchased a low mileage VW T6 from BVC.
The transaction was incredibly simple as the in depth video presentation shows and tells you all you need to know. When we arrived to view the van, it was exactly as described, in excellent condition, clean, just perfect.
We headed straight over to the van, had a good look around, inside and out, and weren't approached once with any sales chat.
Being a business owner in the double glazing industry that operates non pressure sales (yes, we do exist!), it is a delight to deal with other businesses that operate in the same way!
Darren was friendly and efficient in getting everything ready within a matter of days.
The van had 4 new tyres, timing belt done, full service & MOT.
I wouldn't hesitate to return to BVC for any future commercial vehicle requirements.

Great after sales service when the battery died after a few weeks of the vehicle purchase.
No quibble in obtaining a replacement under the 3 month warranty period.

Excellent service from start to finish, I have been looking for a van for 3 months with wasted miles of travelling around when I should have come straight here. I have only delayed writing this review because I have been using my truly excellent ( and first) camper van so much!
I have been extremely impressed with these guys, no hard sell, very knowledgeable about the specifics of the vans and I was also very happy with the part exchange which I received.

My camper van was in excellent condition and fully serviced, I went back for a minor issue which was sorted without complaint or issue and I have driven over 1000 miles in a month without issue.

A refreshing change and no Swiss Tony in sight!
