I recently purchased my first van from Bridgend Van Centre, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the service was absolutely flawless.

Darren was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions, ensuring I was completely happy with my decision. He went above and beyond to provide me with all the information I needed about the van and its features.

For me, what stood out was the attention to detail and customer service. The process was seamless, and handled with complete professionalism. The van itself is fantastic, exactly as described, and in fantastic condition.

I purchased a VW Transporter Shuttle from Bridgend Van Centre in August 2024. I tried a few approaches to negotiate on price but they would not budge. I agreed to the purchase because I could not find another van of that spec with 12 month warranty in the UK for that price point. On collection I found the van to be immaculate. After collection there were a few snagging issues, which involved a couple of trips to the local VW van centre. These issues could not have been easily foreseen but existed nonetheless. Throughout the process of getting these resolved Bridgend Van Centre were supportive and also settled the costs in full. They have offered outstanding customer service throughout the entire process, If I need another van in the future they will be my first port of call. They are far superior to dealing with VW and any other dealership I have had experience with.

Really helpful business. I enquired about a van and Darren was really helpful and sent lots of information and photos over, 5* communication. The van was delivered (over 2,5hrs away) in immaculate condition with a fresh MOT. Julian was really helpful in walking me through the vehicle and next steps. Couldn't be happier

Didn’t realise buying a car, a good car, would be so easy and stress free. All paperwork sorted out by Darren, just a signature from me and a mint condition second hand car was mine!

What a brilliant company and great bunch of people! I bought an older T5 from them 2 weeks ago, it was immaculately presented and supplied with all the history and paperwork they had advertised. Having a test drive wasn’t a problem and I had no pressure from sales team what so ever! Once I’d decided to go ahead with the purchase I paid a deposit and the van was given a fresh MOT and check over. Bridgend Van Centre have a comprehensive stock of high quality vans. All vehicles are prepared to a very high standard and are always faultless. These guys are fastidious in the way they present their vehicles.
Elliot was our salesman and he was so knowledgeable, polite and professional. It was a real pleasure buying from BVC and we will definitely be returning.

When I made the inquiry on their website and got a reply within half hour at 9pm at night on a Sunday I knew customer service was at the forefront of their family run business. Elliot then contacted me the following morning and after speaking to him, nothing was to much trouble he understood what I wanted and with that I already knew this was where I was going to buy my van. Once arrived we felt very welcome, shown the van and was allowed to have a look at my leisure, I love that. I can’t stand pushy sales people which Elliot was not. Purchasing the van was very painless and extremely easy. Top marks all round, they have made a customer for life. Thank you
