I decided to upgrade my VW Van to a newer version, having searched Auto Trader for a few months found that Bridgend Van Centre had exactly the model, spec, age etc that I was looking for, from the very first phone call i found Elliott & Darren both a delight to talk to, they new the product well, were very polite, and courteous, I visited Bridgend a few days later to collect the van, again they were very obliging in running through any controls i was not familiar with and making sure I was comfortable with the purchase, all the paperwork was completed by them , including the Tax, and sorting out the registration transfer for me. Cannot fault the company, Well Done Bridgend Van Centre.

Our Motorhome went in for repairs and the gearbox was diagnosed as damaged due to what was likely a ‘stripped’ speedo sensor already malfunctioning. The gearbox was sent off to be rebuilt and BVC gave us a specific quote for total repairs and the likely date of completion. From inception to completion we were kept informed of progress and the vehicle returned within the time frame quoted and a slight reduction in cost which surprised us. Highly professional company with no hint of being fobbed off or taken advantage of. They were gracious enough to have my son visit them to see if there could be any reduction in cost and remained cooperative and helpful throughout. No hesitation in recommending them to friends and family. Bonus for us is we only live 5 mins away.!

First time buying a transporter and found a stunning van at BVC. Darren and Elliot were excellent and made the process go smoothly. No pressure sales talk and the videos uploaded to YouTube and other platforms really helped. I would recommend them to anyone.

Purchase a van from Darren and the team. What amazing service from the beginning. No hard sell just listened to what I needed and went through options etc. Went that extra mile and sent a video of the vehicle detailing every aspect of it.
Once purchased the van was delivered to my home address and was immaculate from top to bottom.
The level of care and thought that went in to ensuring that every little detail was right for me didn’t go unnoticed.
Such a pleasure to have made contact, purchased and aftercare attention which is sadly missing in today’s world.
Nothing was too much to ask and everything was catered for in ensuring the can was right for me.
This was followed up later on when I wanted a part for the van as an extra. Spoke with Ford who didn’t want to help and made no effort.
Contact Darren and the team to ask for some advice and before you know it the part is delivered to my home address. None of this “not my problem” attitude far from it. I wanted it spray painted the same as the van and this was all arranged by the team with no hesitation.
If you want an amazing service! Brilliant quality of purchase and phenomenal aftercare I think you will be hard to find it elsewhere!

Informative, professional and not pushy in the slightest. Allowed us as much time as we needed to look at the vehicle and test drive it to ensure we were happy to purchase. I would recommend this company and definitely wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I’m just getting around to writing this review after a trouble free 6 months with my van.

From first contact Elliott was brilliant, no question was too much and I had a few before heading from North Scotland to South Wales.

The van was prepped exactly as agreed/described upon arrival. Paintwork machine polished and it had a brand new ply line kit I believe they do as a standard to all panel vans. Plus it had been through their workshop and had brakes all round and a pair of tyres. The honest lengthy walk around videos they do as a standard on their ads are top tier and gave re-assurance even before travelling.

Being in the trade and really particular about my vehicles; all the vehicles on site were upto a top standard so had no doubts I chose the right van after arrival.

Elliott was kind enough to collect me from the train station after flying down to Wales and I was on the way back up within 30 minutes after a quick road test and signing the paperwork and warranty.

I couldn’t recommend Bridgend Van Centre and Elliott enough.

Top company, will definitely be going to them for my next van.
The boys at the Brigend van care were great too.

Had a fairly seamless dealing with Bridgend Van Centre and their team. I saw the vehicle online enquired with a couple questions, which they did come back to me promptly, I then arranged the finance and picked it up.

It is a bit worrying when you don't see the vehicle prior to purchasing, but the vehicle as in great condition and looked just as good if not better than in the actual pictures they had online.
