Stay far away from this company

Stay far away from this company. They use fake 5-star reviews and false promises to lure victims. I lost over $400,000 after being locked out of my account under a "security review," followed by endless demands for more money. Their business practices are deceptive—like offering loans with misleading terms. They claimed a 17.45% interest rate but disguised it as a 53% rate in the payment structure. Even after I proved the discrepancy with clear calculations, they refused to respond.

Thankfully, the com...pany in my bio helped recover a portion of my funds. Avoid this platform at all costs—they are professional scammers preying on unsuspecting individuals.

Bridgepoint contacted me about a…loan

Bridgepoint contacted me about a business loan. They said I was approved for a $200k loan at 17.45% (high as it is). This was over the phone. When it came time to getting written terms, the interest rate was not stated, but the payments were that of a 53% loan, I called them and they insisted it was a 17% loan. I am a CPA, so I sent them an amortization table, EXACTLY calculating the high rate. They never responded. THIS IS AN AWFUL WAY TO DO BUSINESS. Luckily, I was trained well enough not to sign for the predatory loan. I just want to warn others.

Stay away!

I had been approved for a $25,000 loan. As a security, they asked for the first three payments upfront and I was to get my funds within an hour.

There was a clause in the contract also asking for 8.1% taxes upfront which will be refunded within a day. I questioned it and I was informed that it does not apply to people in Canada.

I sent my deposit.

My approved amount was not sent within an hour. Nothing was received.

The next day, another loan officer called me to say that funds weren’t sent because I didn’t pay the taxes. As you can understand, my trust in the company was already breached as I paid them and nothing was received as promised. I also explained that I was told the taxes need to be paid to get the funds and the first loan officer will be reprimanded. This is another $2500.

When I asked what’s the point in paying that if they will pay it back to me within 1 day, i was told it shows good faith. Good faith!!!! Of what?!

I refused and asked for my deposit back. I was informed that I will get it back in 60 business days!!!!! More than 2 months to give me back what I sent them in 5 minutes!

This whole company and situation smells scam to me. My fault… I should have used my head instead of being happy of the approval.

Stay away, scam.

If I could leave lower than I star I…

If I could leave lower than I star I would have. They claimed that I would receive my money deposited into my account 1 to 2 hours but it never happened but before that I was requested $1,200 CAD as collateral. So lost 1,200 dollars and still no money into my account.

Don't Trust!

I did what I thought was a line of credit but it ended up being a loan against future commissions. I paid $7500 for borrowing $30,000 for 3 months because I didn't realize that it was a loan. That is not what was communicated to me. I take responsibility for not reading the fine print but I the product was completely misrepresented to me. They arranged a glorified business payday loan. Stay away from this company!
