Bridgeport Capital, bridgeportcal.com - Scammers

This is a shell company registered in Delaware but actually located in L.A. I applied for a construction loan with them and they mandated a $1,750 "due diligence" fee up-front, which I wired. Nate was almost completely unresponsive for several weeks, until he acknowledged that no loan was coming. At that point he stopped responding to all emails. They are supposed to refund my deposit if they can not do the loan and are not responding. This is a shell company of scammers based in Los Angeles. Key team members include Mark Rosenstein (CEO), Jason Rosenstein (President), Larry Powali (EVP), and Max M. Toledo (CMO/EVP), Nate "originator"
