Excellent furniture and prompt delivery. One item was found to be the wrong item for the suite upon unpacking. Bridgman customer services were very responsive and efficient in delivering the correct item and arranging the collection of the item delivered in error. Full marks to the Bridgman team. (The reason for giving only 4 stars Value for Money, is that I think this can only be assessed after 2 or 3 years.)

Awful. Item arrived late (3 days). The wrong table was sent (square instead of round). A faulty seat was sent (much smaller than the other two, a different colour and all misshapen). We now have to wait another 4 days for delivery and to swap the faulty items. No compensation is yet to have been offered. This item is very expensive and we are very disappointed. Considering returning the whole lot.
