We bought the Monaco Garden Dining set with 6 chairs for our larger patio, and liked it so much that we have now purchased the 4-seater version for our morning coffee and newspaper read. It is perfect. The chairs are so comfortable that we often forget that we should be getting on with our day. Harry was more than helpful with this and also advised when we also bought bags to keep the cushions in during the winter months. An excellent experience throughout.
We had a delivery of garden furniture from Bridgman and Ali and Isaac completed the task quickly and efficiently and removed all of the packaging etc. A very good service all round.

We were looking to replace our ancient teak furniture to compliment a recent kitchen extension - and having seen a Kensington Bridgman set in someone else's garden, I'm afraid nothing else we saw came close in terms of aesthetics, comfort & quality.
Having laid a fairly contemporary porcelain tiled patio to an otherwise traditional arts & drafts house, the Kensington set works in perfect harmony with the two; couldn't be more delighted.
Harry at the Walton On Thames show room was both professional & supportive and also made himself very available over what was a tricky Christmas period.
Delivery was timed entirely to our schedule several weeks later. Very happy; thank you :)

I bought a £2600 daybed from the website 9 days ago. I get an email this morning saying "it's not in stock, but we have a damaged ex-display model available with a £200 discount, but there are no warranties or refunds".
No customer in their right mind would accept this. It is terrible customer service, and is a terrible offer for an expensive item. Very poor indeed.

My order has not been completed and I've been unable to get a delivery date. Waiting for over a week for an update.
Final part of order satisfactorily delivered on 15th April. Apart from the lack of delivery schedule update, I'm happy with the product and service.

Great service!!! Really helpful couldn’t recommend them more. The product is really good, I ordered 8 garden chairs from the them 10 years ago and they are still as good as new but felt it was time to renew the cushions as they had slightly faded from them being left out in the sun ☀️ over the past 10 years. They do replacement cushions and Bruno was amazing at getting them ordered and they were delivered with on days!! Great service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Having decided to replace our old garden dining furniture we visited a couple of garden centres and were completely underwhelmed both by choice and quality.
After some extensive online research and speaking to the very helpful and knowledgeable Bruno, we visited the Walton on Thames showroom.
We met Emma, who usually works in Wilmslow, and her knowledge and enthusiasm led us to choose a Kensington round table and 6 dining armchairs along with a matching parasol.
Ordering and delivery was very smooth and we are thrilled with our new furniture.

Harry did a great job of upselling. Ended up buying a lot more than we went shopping for! We were an easy target as we’ve had a lot of Bridgman furniture before (and still have) as it’s comfortably the best you can buy. Our previous cushions survived 15+ years of abuse, only being taken in for a couple of months in the depths of winter. The new ones are even better than the originals. And the original rattan is still like new.
