The web chat was quick and Daniel was very polite. Im only giving three stars because the website does not make it clear that they only cover people with a UK license and I want to cover someone with an Irish license. If it had been clearer on the website it would have avoided using the chat service.

The website didn't work..
The website didn't allow me to place my 16 character driving license number. So couldn't even get a quote...abysmal !!!
I tried everything to enter the driving license info, nothing worked.

We use the information that you enter during a quote to populate the first 11 characters of your driving license number. You then just need to enter the final 5 characters which will saves our users time.

Date was input incorrectly! Contacted them to change the date within the first 5 minutes of noticing to change the date. Wont change it and wont refund me. Waste of £65 When everything is so expensive in the world now and you have cowboys looking to steal your money and run. Customer service a waste of time. Managers no use and never rang to help sort it! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Date was changed from what I set up tried to contact them but as it was late evening was no body to contact so had to email had no Response when I spoke to customer services no help was offered at all to rectify or even discount correct date I tried to be reasonable even though I don't believe i was at fault won't be using them again

They took my money when I cancelled my policy within half hour of starting it. They won’t issue a refund or reinstate the policy. Avoid this company.
