Love this mirror. It was really well protected in the packaging also.

I purchased the vanity desk and while beautiful, the experience of purchasing from Bright Beauty was extremely bad. First only one of the two boxes was delivered. After calling customer support 6 times I did not receive the second box for 3 weeks. When finally received there were no instructions in either boxes to assemble the vanity. So once again I had to reach out to customer support, and receiving a response once again took several days. The item itself is made ok, but the bottom drawer was manufactured poorly so it is not opening all the way. Overall I cannot recommend this product and will NEVER purchase from this company again.

It was exactly as i hoped it would bee and it was easy to hang flush on the wall wich was a great plus

Fist the product arrived with 4 parcels instead of 4.
I sent an email I got a response and it was normal to avoid it coming damaged.
I received the 5th parcel 2 days after but damaged.
I had to contact customer service and fill a template with photos and I am still waiting for the replacement.
Still in SLA for response but strange the lost one arrived damaged

Despite the delivered product was damaged, I changed my rating to 5* as the customer service did a replacement very quick and well organise.

Mirror arrived quickly and is gorgeous. Very reasonably priced.

After my purchase, they sent me a message encouraging me to contact them by email if anything was wrong, and rate them here on Trustpilot if everything was good. I needed to return the item, so I did the former. They didn't reply. So now I'm doing the latter.

What can I say? My daughter is completely in love with this dressing table (the white one), and I have to say that the quality is exceptional... the drawers are assembled by hand, all you have to do is reverse the diamonds (screw inside for transport), and assemble the elements! Assembly is really easy and high quality! We had a little problem with the mirror, it arrived broken despite the 3 protective boxes... my daughter wanted to cry but Bright Beauty customer service really rose to the occasion! They sent us a new mirror 2 days after the tragedy! Result: 8 days later, we have the mirror! A huge thank you to customer service and logistics!
What speed and responsiveness! The dressing table is simply magnificent! Long live this company! You can order with your eyes closed if you want quality!

To be honest , this a replacement LED vanity mirror . I bought the same one approx 18 months ago and the power cord stopped working . I thought I was getting the exact same but holes at back to hang on my wall were different so I had to get someone in to drill 2 new holes . Was a bit annoying. But my new one works perfectly
