There seems to be no answer when requesting a replacement for a faulty night light...I have now written to them 3 times and have still not received a reply. Very odd customer service, unfortunately.

I ordered a personalised lamp for my grandson on 10 November and when I review my order, it shows payment has been made but the order is still processing. I emailed this company on 1 December for an update but heard nothing. I have been trying to email again for last 2 days but just receiving a message that the email has unabled to be sent. Very frustrating as this is a Christmas present but I have no idea if I'm going to receive it in time or the that matter, if ever. Very disappointing.

I purchased a light for my grandson in September which came broken. Charlotte explained they have had problems with the packaging & would send a replacement. However 14 emails later & numerous promises I am still waiting. Rubbish customer service

Initial issues with my order but, Charlotte explained the reasons why and today I received the light up personalised football boot for my Grandson. Very happy with it and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

We originally bought a personalised light as a gift for our Granddaughter.
It was stunning, so much better than expected. Offering a wonderful glow to her room, perfect for her bedtime routine.
Because it was so good we bought the second illuminate her little room here.
Well made, gives a beautiful soft glow the personalisation makes this a special and unique item.
Yes, I would recommend this product.

THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM.
I ordered a night light as a gift to be shipped directly to my gift recipient. The item was never delivered. When I tracked the order, it was always saying it was in transit and would be delivered by such and such date. It was a lie. It never was. I wrote emails. No answer. Now I am 3 months out from ordering and no delivery and no answer from customer service. This all leads me to believe this company is a total SCAM. DO NOT ORDER. SCAM COMPANY.

Lovely personalised light, perfect for my granddaughters bedroom.

If I could give 10 stars I would..I needed to get a replacement cause mine was scratched when I received it..customer service was on point..I received the replacement one within two weeks!! No hassle nothing they were amazing!!

This is a scam, do not order from here. I have been waiting 8 weeks for a delivery of my item and their customer service either does not reply to emails or claims they attempted a delivery but the address was incomplete. At no point did I ever receive courier contact or a notification that my product was shipped and at no point did they contact me to ask me for any clarity on my address. I have sent over 15 emails and they do not take me seriously. They have stolen my money and hide behind a fake system where you don’t actually manage to speak to a person on the other side!! It’s not even clear which country they are based in, there’s no information available and they do not take you seriously. I’m shocked that they have high reviews on Trust Pilot, which is what initially made me trust them but it’s clear these reviews are fake!

I ordered Rainbow Dreams for my granddaughter Danielle. It was delivered today. I love it. It is adorable. I hope for years when she sees her light she will remember that her grandma got this for her.

Recieved the beautiful light in a pretty pink box for my future grandaughter, so pleased with it, very impressed with how quickly it arrived. Would highly recommend the site to friends and family.
