There seems to be no answer when requesting a replacement for a faulty night light...I have now written to them 3 times and have still not received a reply. Very odd customer service, unfortunately.

I reached out in 2 different emails, within 12 hours of placing the order, to try and correct a spelling error. While I appreciate the product was ready to go quickly, I don't appreciate that NOBODY replied to my emails to even let me know that it was too late.
