Fantastic light - just amazing. Great service in every way.

One product was as expected. The other one was completly dismantled with no solution to fix it. Exposed wires, parts fallen apart, missing parts.

Most important this night light comes with a very short USB cord, not a wall plug so it cannot be plugged into a wall. Did not see this information on their website! Now I need to go buy a plug and extension cord to go along with this gift which will look pretty tacky!

I purchased 2 nightlights for my Daughters which I absolutely love. Just recently the LED base on both lights have stopped working. I have emailed the Customer Services team twice now and still have not received a response.
Considering these are not meant to be throw away items, I expected them to last longer than 10 months. Really disappointed with the lack of service from this company.

I also emailed the same day and the day after and never received a response.

A little bit smaller than i thought but very nice. I ordered 2, one for my baby and one for my friend. Shipping was faster that it said on the order. Very nice

I received my light in good time but there was a few issues with it. I sent A message through the website, a message on instagram and an e mail. This was 3 weeks ago and still I haven’t received a response!
