Bright Heart Education were able to provide a tutor both quickly and with exactly the right qualities - firstly the tutor is very experienced and qualified in their subject and secondly, and just as important, the tutor is also experienced and understanding of my daughter's SEN. We have been receiving tutoring from Brightheart for the last 5 years, and the experience has ben consistently stellar. The tutors are absolutely fantastic. They are incredibly patient and really take the time to adapt their teaching to fit my children's specific needs, which has made a world of difference.
What I love most is how they go above and beyond to support. It's not just about teaching; they genuinely connect with my children, showing empathy and enthusiasm that keeps them engaged; not an easy task when dealing with ASD and ADHD. This kind of motivation has really helped them develop skills. My eldest child is studying math, English, and physics, and his preparation for the upcoming GCSE exams has reached an amazing level, despite his complex needs. He is aiming for strong grades, and it’s all thanks to the dedication and support we've received from the Brightheart team. As a tutor, the most important thing to me is that the student is front and centre of all tuition and support requirements. It is important that all aspects of their lives are considered and catered for. Without this a simple "transfer of knowledge" type appraoch is destined to fail. I am proud to be part of the Bright Heart team because they hold the childs needs at the centre of everything that they do. I have worked with a number of tutoring agencies and Bright Heart are head and shoulders the best.

The tutor Bright Heart found for us was very well matched for my child, as promised. Patient, kind, clear and confidence inspiring. A very light & fun energy, but still totally appropriate to a learning situation. My child improved in both confidence and ability with the additional support of the tutor.

Sara is an excellent maths tutor for my daughter who has just started A level maths. She explains well, blends the sessions well with going through material and practice questions. 100% reliable for sessions planned and able to do extra sessions in holidays.

Bright House has been a godsend for my family. They've made a challenging situation - choosing to take my son who was newly diagnosed with ASD out of school - into a joyous one.

They partnered with us to find a fabulous tutor that my son loves working with and is actually learning from. His confidence is improving and he loves learning again, just like he did before he entered the school system. Reliable and supportive tutor, always with the child's interest at heart

We can't thank Jessamie enough (and our school for finding her). My daughter (dyslexic, adhd, etc) was struggling with attendance at the start of year 11, and we honestly didn't know if she would even make it to the exams. Bringing Jessamie on board was a stroke of genius on the part of our school. Her one to one tuition lifted my daughter's confidence and kept her on track. The fact that she attended all of her English GCSE exams is remarkable. Jessamie clearly has empathy with her students and by being so relatable she has kept my daughter engaged over the months. This is no mean feat! Huge thanks to Jessamie. We are very grateful.

Today was our last session with Jessamie and although we have only worked with her for a short time, it has just been an extremely positive experience.
My son is Autistic and generally struggles to build rapport easily with new people but Jessamie has the magic touch because from the very first meeting, her ability to empathically connect with him was amazing.
She came in at a late stage to try to get my son back on track to pass his GCSE English, after we had been let down by our previous BH tutor, who quite frankly wasn't fit for purpose.
Her teaching style and strategies allowed my son to quickly grasp concepts, that previously had huge gaps; whilst balancing working at his pace but gently pushing him when needed.
Jessamie restored my faith in Bright Heart Education in terms of her professionalism and depth of knowledge of her subject.
She was able jump straight into the deep end, literally igniting my son's interest and self-belief which had been completely diminished by his school and the previous tutor.
I really can't praise her highly enough but what I will say is that children need passionate and dynamic educators who are also empathic, compassionate, driven and who genuinely love the subject that they're teaching. Jessamie has all of these qualities are bags more.
She is a complete breath of fresh air, an ambassador for your organisation and I'd say to every parent, Jessamie comes HIGHLY recommended for English GCSE, A level and beyond.
