This company is a scam. I bought two pairs of shoes, despite saying on their website they will ship in 4-12 days, I reached out on day 20 to see what was happening. I eventually got a shipping email saying my shoes shipped April 26th, which is 10 days BEFORE I PLACED THE ORDER.

The tracking number leads to a blank page, the phone number only goes to voicemail, and none of my form submissions or support emails have been responded to. They are over priced shoes that you may never receive. DO NOT SHOP HERE IT IS A SCAM.

Terrible company. Beware and don't order from them. I ordered a pair of light up shoes. It took them much longer than anticipated. One shoe didn't light up. I tried calling....no luck. I filled out an exchange form three times....nothing. Big scam. Don't buy from them.

I got a pair of their fiber optic shoes and had one shoe not working. Instruction are wrong on how to fix these and then I completed their exchange and their warranty 3 times and so far after 2 months I have not heard from them. The shoes are awesome looking but if you have issues, their customer service is very bad.

Long wait. Wrong size sent. Customer service non existent. Nobody to contact. No call back. No email

I received the shoes but they were defective after wearing them only once.
I have emailed several times and got the automated "Heather Morales" message followed by crickets. Many months have gone by.
Avoid this company.
If I could give zero stars, I would.

I made an order almost one month ago and I did not recieve any tracking details.

I tried to contact them through their website multiple times without any acknowledgment or response

I ordered light up shoes for my nephew's birthday in February 2023 stupidly trusting their lie of fast and free shipping. I paid $69.99 through PayPal in February 2023. PayPal just alerted me that they are only NOW in JULY 2023 shipping the shoes (which he will obviously have outgrown) to MY address. I am beyond disgusted. I have tried to reach someone human through their completely bogus phone number and this email for two days. I want my money back. So I am filing a complaint with the NY Division of Consumer Protection.

This is the worse company that I have ever dealt with. I saw another review that has experienced the same problem that I have. I keep getting automated messages from Heather Morales stating that she will get back with me and of course she never does. I paid $100 for the shoes that are too small. Do not order from this company

Absolutely awful service!!! Scam company. Refuses to reply to my email when they completely stuffed my order up. They are refusing to send the second half of my order. I will be reporting them and requesting a refund from the credit card due to it being a scam company. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

the automated heather morales is true. they will take your money and never reply to you. they sent me the wrong pair and several sizes off my order. they do not care. money spent on crap i cant even use. dispute all charges from them theyre a scam. its been 2 weeks and still only automated messages. again, theyll take your money and ignore you.

Money takers and time wasters! They're quick to take your money and then they ignore you in hopes you'll go away forever. Paid $160 NZD to buy a pair off them from their official website 3 weeks ago and straight away got an automated message from 'Heather Morales' saying they'll get back to me within 24 hours. Didn't hear back from anyone. So I sent them messages from their website and Support email address and every time godd ol fake 'Heather Morales' replies back same reply everytime. No real person has replied to me in 3 weeks. I've since discovered so many other people have also had terrible experiences in Google reviews all over the show about 'Bright Led Shoes'. Worst customer service I've ever had!

Ordered Oct 11. It’s Oct 25. Took my money. No email with tracking. No product shipped. No email response acknowledging my concern. Thought was CAD…was USD. Paid USD for nothing. Was a birthday gift. Scam company. Do. Not. Order.

Can I leave one star?
I received my horrible shoes and one light wasn’t working and just remaining white the whole time, I emailed and emailed, phone calls, filled out stupid forms.
3 months later! No reply, no response just have scammed and taken money!!!

Shoes were too small, Received an email from a Heather Morales saying return label attached. No return label was attached. No response from additional emails and phone number is no longer in service...wth!

Finally heard from Bright. Admitted to dropping the ball and provided compensation. Frustrating process now hopefully resolved. 🤞🏽

I'm sorry I didn't see these reviews before ordering. Do NOT waste your money. I ordered the shoes, which took weeks to arrive. The sizes are too small and the shoe is incredibly stiff. I ordered a men's 13 but on the shoe itself it says "10" and the shoes are incredibly tight. The same day I received the shoes, I filled out the return form on the site. I got an auto-reply and have heard nothing since, even after a follow-up email. It's been over a week. TERRIBLE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Update: It's been twenty days since I sent the request about a return (i.e. the day I received the item) and still NOTHING. Caveat Emptor.

Do NOT recommend buying from this company, the website states orders will be processed within 24-72 hours mon-fri, but they aren’t. When you email to enquire about the status of your order, you don’t get a response! WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY on items that I highly doubt i’ll even receive

Bought Shoes, were swift in taking payment, no communication and false tracking information. Have been reported to PayPal for Seller Fraud. This company has so many names and owners I suspect its a scammer, scamming people. No email communication after many emails and reaching out on social and nobody answers their phone number either. Do the right thing and take your business shop elsewhere and save losing at a lot of money.

Size was 1 size to big.
I ordered exactly as per bright led chart.
No response from bright led for return and correct size to be ordered.
I'm 8.5 from chart I ordered size 10.
Size 9 will be perfect.

First off, it took 2 weeks to even process the order, the website states 48 hours. I finally get the shoes 3.5 weeks after ordering because unbeknownst to me, they were coming from Hong Kong. The sizing chart is completely off because...China. And I was left with shoes too small and a really disappointed 6 year old. I have attempted to return my shoes for a month now and got one email from Heather Morales stating she recieved my email and would get back to me with a response. Do not buy from this company! They don't care once getting your money.
I ordered $30 LED shoes on Amazon, they arrived in 2 days. One shoe stopped working after a month because they were made in China. To hell with these LED shoes and anything coming from China. It's all garbage.
