We called Safe Gas Plumbing & Electrics because of an active leak to the flat below. Mark came out the next day to check, he was very helpful but unfortunately our boiler was ancient and there was nothing to do but replace it. We really appreciated Mark thinking outside the box and not insisting we need scaffolding to replace the boiler flue as this would have caused us not to have heating/hot water for several more days. We got an appointment to replace the boiler the very next day, and the team worked non-stop to finish it within the day. They left the place spotless as if the boiler just magically replaced itself. George also fixed our bathroom drain which he noticed wasn't draining correctly which we found very considerate!

From the first call it was all sorted, great communication thru out the whole experience. Had an investigation about loss of pressure to boiler, new boiler needed and quote was dealt with quickly and install was done when arranged and the install was done clean and very tidy. Will use then again if ever needed.

Outstanding service. I will definitely be using Safe Gas again and recommend highly. The team were very responsive, efficient and courteous.

Called Safe Gas on the Monday and by close of play Thursday have new flue, new boiler, new Hive thermostat, a smart little 0% finance plan and all fitted by a merry crew of very nice humans who if there is just one regret, I didn't supply with enough tea.

Warm house, happy teenagers, peace of mind, 10 yr warranty. Check.

Just moved into a new property just before Christmas. The boiler in the property was old and was not working. Even worse it had to be moved from an inside cupboard to an outside wall. A big job. Phoned Safe Gas as i used them at my old address. Mark came out straight away. And got the job started in a few days. Was not sure anyone would work before xmas. As most workers have a 2 week Xmas holiday break. was very worried about the aftermath. Just had a new carpet laid. Should not have worried. When they left you would not know they had been there. Apart from a boiler on the wall. Would definitely recommend this company.

Having been without heating and hotwater for 4 days despite having a Home care contract with our supplier we were let down very badly.
However upon deciding to go else where we found Safe Gas and Plumbing , and oh boy what a difference.
From the first call to their office to the new boiler being fitted within a couple of days it was 5star first class service.

Our boiler broke just before Christmas and the parts are obsolete. I contacted Mark and he came out to give us a quote for a new boiler. It was a tough job as all the pipework needed redoing and the flue repositioned. Despite this and Christmas he managed to organise a team with roofer to come out today. They arrived at 7.30am and didn't leave until the job was finished at 5pm. We thought wed next without hot water and heating u til the new year but Mark and his team and George were so efficient and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Had email from Safe Gas, to say Service was due. We have always had this company as they put in. I thought this service was the best we’ve had . This year we feel it was better. Took their time, not rushed. Absolutely recommend the engineer we had.

I had been putting of having a replacement shower fitted thinking the task of replacing my elderly unit would be both complicated and expensive. But George, Alex and Mark took on the task and made a very neat and tidy installation together with replacing the equally old wash basin taps in less than 3 hours - and all at a reasonable cost. I will use this company again when the next plumbing job comes up.

Fitted a new boiler for us. Quickly, painlessly and with minimum disruption. Great service. Will definitely continue using them and would recommend them to anyone.

Very prompt and professional response by Safe Gas and Plumbing. They came to the property quickly, diagnosed the problem and installed a new boiler the next day. They made sure everything was working properly and organised for a new meter and regulator to be installed free of charge.

We had a shower leak and contacted Safe Gas who responded rapidly, identified the problem, and sorted it out asap. They take their customers' needs seriously.

We had a complex problem with our hot water and heating. The advice and service we received was nothing short of excellent. The whole team came when they said they would, were courteous, knowledgeable and a delight to have in the house. they left us neat and tidy at the end of each day. We now have a safe and efficient water and heating system. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Easy to book the appointment (for a boiler service); engineer arrived on time, efficient and reliable. Safe Gas installed the boiler 4 years ago and have serviced it since then. Happy to recommend them.
