Beautifully made - Could not recommend this business more!
We ordered the harness with personalised name labels and a blue personalised collar - both are beautifully made and very secure. The personalised collar was scratched by my dog and became hard to read but the customer service was exceptional and a replacement was organised - through no fault of the company! Could not be happier with our products and the intimate service from a family owned business. Thank you!

I purchased a collar for a previous dog…
I purchased a collar for a previous dog and the loop pulled apart when the dog pulled which left the dog able to run away. Gratefully it didn’t.
In a more recent order with a new puppy, the tag snapped off during regular play at a dog park. Their products are simply not well made or very strong. In discussions with CUSTOMER SERVICE there are five star rating on their website is only five stars because they remove any review that is not five stars.

That is safe and on top of the harness you can just grab your dog if another dog is to attack 
My dog bear two year-old Shih Tzu absolutely loves it. When we go for a walk with the old harness I had to put out of his face. This one he doesn’t touch his face. I love the way he doesn’t choke him. I’m so happy I found this company Brightstar buddies great job. Well done and I definitely be purchasing the second lot. Thank you very much.

Not worth it
The collars are way too big for a cat and the material and workmanship is no better than what you’d get from Kmart.
Because the collar is so big, by the time you shorten it for an average cats neck, it covers up the personalisation. Plus it doesn’t come with a belt which is also annoying.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing from Bright Star Buddies. Quality is poor and they sent me a large leash instead of a small because they were out of stock! Instead of letting me know or maybe not taking the order they want me to pay to return it and they will give me a partial refund. I’m sorry .. what?
They also advertise express shipping 1-3 days and so I paid extra to have it arrive earlier and it arrived late! They offered to refund delivery but that hasn’t happened and I’m not holding my breath. Do not recommend!

Collars are pretty thin/narrow/flimsy/ordinary quality for the price. I’ve bought better and paid less from Temu. Will be interesting to see how they wear.

I’m one very happy 100% impressed customer, you have with your harness have given life back to our girl. We have a 42kg female Doberman 4yrs old that suffers anxiety to the point we’re it’s impossible to walk her, we have tried everything & vet intervention nothing was helpful
I came across a lady walking her dog with your harness & I did some research and purchased your harness.
Today I received my new harness & wasted no time to test it out with the no pull d ring, today with tears in my eyes was the first time I could walk my girl out in public, not only did your harness do as it suggested it looks fabulous as well.
Thank for the bottom our hearts for giving my girl the opportunity to be out and walking it lifted her spirits as she walked without pulling, screaming and jumping all over the place , no barking just lovely walking it was like to good to be true but for an hour she walked and loved every minute off.

Great quality no pull dog harness
Prompt response to my purchase query and quick delivery. Ordered the no pull harness for our golden retriever and it's great quality and has stopped our dog from pulling when we go for walks. Would recommend this product.

The service and communication of BrightStar bodies is absolutely fantastic.
Throughout the whole process, I had highlighted my concerns to receive the goods before Christmas. With only 10 days to Christmas placing the order I had the insurance that they would do whatever they could to ensure I had my problem.
The product arrived but he looks fantastic but is exactly as the website described.
Would recommend this company without hesitation over and over again

Low product durability
Similar to others we ordered a colour for our furr baby, it didn't even see the day out. Frayed and lost its readability. Contacted customer service, they offered to replace and the second one did the exact same thing. Sadly I can't recommend this product.

Disappointed – Poor Quality and Unreliable
I’ve only had one of their collar for about a week and it’s already starting to fray badly. For something that’s supposed to be durable and safe for my dog, this is really disappointing. On top of that, the phone number on the collar is now unreliable, which completely defeats the purpose of having an ID collar in the first place. Definitely not worth the money I expected it to last much longer than a few days.

Mouldy bowls
I purchased 4 ceramic custom name bowls which started leaking and rusting before even having them for 6 months. I was told that these bowls cannot withstand water which was never listed on their website. They also tried to say it was my user error but I washed and kept these bowls inside everyday. Another thing I’d like to add is that the bowls went mouldy even though I washed them after every use so it is an extreme health risk to your dog if they’re exposed to that. At first when contacting customer service they said it was probably a faulty batch but if all 4 bowls aren’t good then what does that say for their standard of products. After going back and forth with them, the issue was finally resolved after 4 days. Glad to have the issue sorted but definitely would not recommend these bowls for dogs.

Didn't last a day
I was so excited to finally find a yellow collar for my dog, and even happier that it came with her name printed on it — such a cool touch. Unfortunately, my experience turned really disappointing.
When I picked it up from the mailbox, the collar felt very light, which immediately made me question its durability. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and tried it on my dog anyway. Within 20 minutes of our walk, the stitching broke completely and she slipped free. Luckily, she wasn’t hurt — but it could have ended very badly if she ran into the road.
The design idea is great, but the build quality was nowhere near safe or reliable. A dog collar should never break this easily. I really hope the company improves their materials and stitching because safety should come first.
