An absolutely shocking agency
An absolutely shocking agency, like the majority. The only thing that they haven't tried yet, is trying to rip me off like Ridgewater Sales and Lettings did and they haven't reviewed their own agency to my knowledge, but it wouldn't surprise me.
From day one, there was problems with the landlord and his harassment.
These issues were raised with the agency, made aware of his criminal conduct and yet it continued.
Then I had an issue with a payment. These parsimonious people were more than quick to get that sorted.
I had at one point, stupidly believed that the agent was doing what they could. Nonsense. These"people" couldn't care less. They are only interested in money and allowing putrsecent scum, like the landlord here, to cause disruption and upset to all.
The landlord has gained unlawful access, has harassed not only myself, but other residents, has tried to tell me what food I can and can't bring into the house, he tried to open my door while I was in etc etc. I have recorded all these incidents with this lowlife and can substantiate it all.
The agency make alot of bold claims via their website. I can confirm with evidence, that there is no merit to these claims. For example, vetting of tenants. How odd. One resident here, was just caught for drugs, assault etc.
Over a week ago, mail claimed to have been delivered. No it wasn't. It took this agency and the idiot who deals with the cctv, over a week to view a very small segment of time, to prove what I suspected and still I am waiting for a copy of this evidence, for my claim against the courier.
The manager is claiming that she has done all that she can and that she's confirmed that no delivery was made. I cannot rely on word and require the cctv, to prove that the driver did not turn up and deliver my parcel. This is common sense, but she cannot grasp the simplicity of this and the concept that they require the footage, to prove that my parcel was not delivered.
I've asked them who they are regulated by. Who their solicitor is and no response.
I have severe cptsd etc and the issues here have caused immense distress, all with full knowledge of the agency.
Do not go anywhere near this agency, if you value your mental health and property.
Update: another insident occurred today, with the landlord and he made more false claims, proven to be false. This constitites a violation of Sec5(2) CLA 1967, because he's made false allegations in retaliation and to get me arrested. This is a serious offence. Proven by footage on my phone and that there is cctv here, that will refute his claims.
He's also made false and defamatory claims to the neighbors.
He's claimed that he needed to view an empty room upstairs and that I walked out and harassed him. Utter nonsense. This is a lame accusation, even by his standards. There was no reason for him to view the room, that had been empty for a while and had also been inspected and dealt with by the agency and the previous tenants parents, as he's been prosecuted, to remove his property.
The agency have also failed with the requirements of the PRS, in that they haven't provided me the tenant, with their details.
Brightstar Lettings are criminal and are now being investigated and my solicitor is calling me on Monday regarding the Landlords harassment, crimes and that of the agency.
I anticipate further harassment by this vile man and have taken steps accordingly, to protect myself.
I also expect further retaliatory responses from the agency.

I'm not required to fully manage the property. Lol. This contradicts claims that she's made previously and does not accord with law.
Again, she has a responsibility, to ensure that tenancy law is being upheld. It isn't. Sue is a disgusting individual, that has repeatedly shown herself to be equally criminal.

Another night of noise. Being unable to cook until gone 2am. Then more noise from the other residents I took 5am.
