Their customer service sucks, their bikinis are SHEIN quality for over twice the amount of money. They don’t send you a free shipping label for exchanges but don’t refund your original form of payment either. This company is shady.

Have not received an order from the 20th of November, now being 1 and a half months ago. Really disappointed in this service as I purchased well before going away and hopefully using the bikini, however, Bright was unreliable. Their promo sales continued even though shipments were not being sent out, only adding to the issue. Now it has left but have heard nothing about the order in a week.
Used to love the brand as I have purchased from here multiple times, but now this has really changed my opinion.

I purchased bikinis on thier black friday special till this date of december 19. They are declaring i inserted my address incorrect and they must cancel my order, when in reality I did use the correct address and had been following up with their agent Adele who had 3 day delayed in email response. They have no number to call, and honestly, it has been the most frustrating shopping experience. Online shopping and fulfillment is not that complicated much less for a medium sized brand. I implore to not shop this brand at the risk of having no answer or reasonable solution to basic business operation.

I placed an order with Bright Swimwear on December 1, and according to their shipping policy, orders should be processed in 1–3 days and shipped within 3–7 days. It is now December 18, and I have received no shipping confirmation or tracking information. I also emailed customer service and have not received a response.
This delay and lack of communication is extremely frustrating. Customers should not have to wait over two weeks with no updates or acknowledgment of their inquiries. I am reaching out publicly in hopes of getting an immediate update on my order. I expect clarity on the status, an estimated shipping timeline, and a response without further delay.
Bright Swimwear, please address this immediately to avoid further escalation.

I made a purchase 20 days ago and they haven’t even process the order. No shipping info, nothing. I reached out the help center but the girl name as Adele Sundin just says: we have been having delays because of the sales.

Purchased two tops and two matching bottoms during the Black Friday sale. This was my first time buying from this company. Used the size chart to choose sizes. Unfortunately the size chart was very inaccurate. The tops are too small and I wanted to exchange for the next size up. Bright swimwear refused to exchange the tops stating that all items sold during the Black Friday sale are final sale. I do not recall seeing that stated anywhere during checkout. Also, nowhere on my invoice does it state final sale. It is a total scam. Clearly this company does not stand behind their products or care about their customers. Edit: upon reviewing their return policy, anything bought during a site wide sale is considered a final sale. Fine print fraud imo

I definitely think this company is fraudulent. I ordered swimsuits 6 weeks ago and they never came close to shipping. I followed up via email multiple times and the response has been "we're really busy because of the Black Friday sale". I finally had to email and cancel the entire order.
Currently, their website says: "All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, not including weekends and holidays, before being shipped. The delivery times above do not include this 1-3 business day processing time, weekends, or holidays. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. However, it may take 24 hours for the status to update after it’s shipped."
They claim all US orders are shipped from their US warehouse in New Jersey. What could possibly have been going on for the swimsuits to be stuck in a warehouse in New Jersey for 6 weeks.
They're still continuing to take orders despite the fact that they very clearly cannot keep up with demand. They're also deleting any negative comments on Instagram. Buyer definitely beware.
Editing to add they're definitely flooding Trust Pilot with tons of fake reviews.

Very disappointed!
After I wrote this review, I promptly received a message saying that there would be delays in delivery and that I had the choice between getting my money back or waiting. The delivery has now arrived and everything fits.

I placed an order with this company, and the delivery time stated on their website was far shorter than the actual time it took for my order to be shipped. The order was sent out much later than promised, and the quality of the product was unfortunately far below expectations.
I contacted customer service to ask when I could expect my order, but I never received a reply. When I later tried to return the item due to the delay and poor quality, I was told that they do not accept returns, which felt both frustrating and unprofessional given the circumstances.
Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this company.
