I was happy with my glasses but not…
I was happy with my glasses but not with the service. They simply handed me my glasses without trying them on and adjusting.
The guy was too busy flirting with his coworker.

Great Glasses and experience
Getting my Progressive lenses from Brillen was a great experience. They had a great selection of frame options at their partner's office and I really like the ones I selected. After owning them for a year they are holding up well and I have no complaints. The fact the glasses were inexpensive is a bonus. I have no regrets getting Brillen glasses!

it took a long time to get them and…
it took a long time to get them and then the lenses were set in the frames wrong and had to be redone. the 2nd pair of sunglasses did not come for 4 months and they were wrong so we cancelled. I have never felt like I can see clearly but they rechecked my eyes and the prescription is correct.

The exam was good
The exam was good. However when it comes to pricing,i was disappointed.
The technician gave me a price that’s much more than Brillen promised.( more than twice)
I could not afford it,so i did not order the glasses.

Great customer service and there…
Great customer service and there progressive lenses are the 1st pair of progressives that I can actually wear all day. I have tried others and they will work for parts of my day but not all. These are the best and the prices they quote are the prices. I am a customer for life!

Got my glasses from the referred eye…
Got my glasses from the referred eye doctor that Brillen sent me. When I went back to get my glasses fixed for a lose screw they no longer worked with Brillen and I had to call Brillen to be referred to another eye doctor in Santa Fe Springs.
Still need another pair of glasses but honestly don't know where to go!?

My Brillen glasses and eye exam were the best and most accurate I have had in years!! So much that I have switched eye doctors! I loved my old optometrist, But my Brillen glasses have such a crisp quality of vision and are so lightweight, durable and perfect... I can never go back! I have been spoiled by Brillen!!

I LOVE love my glasses
I LOVE love my glasses. I’ve worn glasses since the 6th grade ( started contacts at 20) but these are the best I’ve ever worn. So clear, NO glare and so light.

The affiliate optometry office doesn't know all the terms of the offer well. The frame selection is very limited. Lastly the accounting department is not efficient with credit card transactions.
