Company pushed out our arrival date 4 times. Still have not received our order. Asked to expedite it and then the request was pushed out ANOTHER 10 days. After multiple requests to be transferred to speak to someone other than a customer service rep it was refused. Not happy with the constant unfulfilled promises.

Pick up process was also straight forward which I appreciated, plus the front staff were very friendly. The engagement ring we purchased is beautiful. The service we received was mediocre. The ring shipped late. The website is misleading about resizing. It states “free resizes for 1 year.” You only get one free resize, then after it will cost you $150. No where does it state this, and the use of plural “resizes” is deceiving. When I said that it doesn’t state that anywhere on the website, they offered a second resize at no cost with the punishment/expiration attached that I only had one day to go to the physical store to drop the rind off for resizing. I think we spent enough money to not be given games like that. We will happily pay another jeweler for a resize. We looked at it as a big selling feature that we could return the ring to get the perfect size (this ring is for life, after all). It was one of the reasons we chose this company. So this felt like a bait and switch.

I ended up cancelling my order with them and going to a local jeweler and I suggest you do the same, I got the exact same diamond and ring for far far lower cost which shows what rip off merchants brilliant earth are and how utterly poor their customer service is, thanks for nothing**
Ordered a ring slightly too large, 2 hours after ordering I contacted customer services to make an amendment to the order, any other company im sure this would be fine. Not Brilliant Earth, they were unable to amend the order, ut instead suggested I wait until I recieve the ring, make sure its not the rigbt size, ship it back to them to be re-sized, then ship it back to me. The ring had not sterted production it shouldn't be such a hassle to change the size.
Rigid processes have really made what should be an exciting experience a negative one. I should have just gone with a local jewelers.

The process of ordering could not have been easier. Absolutely every aspect is included on the online order platform and a representative will check with you (by email) to see if everything is how you want it. You can change then or leave it. My rings are gorgeous and will use Brilliant Earth again for future orders.

I loved the ability to custom make the ring, and visualize it without going to a showing. I did think the stone would be a big bigger than it was though.

Everything was handled very professionally. The ring i purchased for my lovely wife is stunning! She really loves it!! (Because her birthstone is September's sapphire, I was hoping it would be more like the photo...deeper sapphire blue.) The box was very nice as well. Overall, we are very pleased. Thank you.
