I really appreciated the amount of communication and the depth of knowledge from our sales associate, Kayla. She was incredible, patient with us, and was one of the reasons I decided they were a good fit. I also appreciated the selection of diamonds and their availability, making what I thought would be the hardest part about this purchase quote easy. The main gripe I had was with the selection of settings, however I ended finding one that my partner will hopefully love.

I absolutely love the necklace that I got and customer service was helpful when I had made a mistake when originally placing the order and it was resolved very quickly.

The promotional item(necklace) with order was never received, this is even after I contacted the company a second time and was assured that it was on the way.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this company. I worked with Jude at the Philadelphia showroom, where I carefully selected the ring setting I wanted. When my order arrived, it was not the same setting that was shown and agreed upon during my appointment.

When I raised the issue, Donnie, the manager, acknowledged the mistake and apologized, promising that I would receive a Friends & Family discount to make up for the error. I appreciated the accountability at first, but that quickly changed. Later, I was told that the discount would only apply to a future purchase, not the order they had already mishandled.

This is completely unacceptable. I was patient and understanding throughout the process, yet I was the one left disappointed and inconvenienced. The company made the mistake but failed to take full responsibility or honor their written promise.

The research and sales process was excellent and there was no pressure, just good advice based on our desires. Connor was superb. I initially wasn't sure how much value he would have provided, but right from the start he listened to my wife's ideas and was able to quickly provide excellent choices. He came across as being well informed and able to deliver what we were looking for. Just the fact that my wife was able to decide on the style and cut of diamond with the setting is a testament of his abilities to listen and deliver options.

Good quality, reasonable price. Quick service. I purchased a Dvvs2 quality 1 carat diamond engagement ring. It is exactly as I expected- looks great, and about 40-50% of the cost of a mined diamond (mine is a lab diamond) from traditional jeweler. Same story with wedding bands for man and woman. I would buy from them again BUT I am NOT planning on getting married again for sure!
