DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY
Received a faulty product that never worked. Customer service has been extremely obstructive, repeatedly claiming emails were not received and forcing me to involve a family member just to get responses. I returned the item exactly as instructed, only for the company to later deny receiving it and tell me to pursue the postal service instead. I am now forced to proceed with a credit card chargeback. This process has been unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming.

Lovely metal fish for my bathroom

I ordered the metal fish to hang on a plain white wall in my bathroom. I wasn't disappointed. It was delivered promptly, well packaged and really well made. Also reasonably priced so I'm more than happy! Thank you for a good service.

BWA used to sell good items

BWA used to sell good items 10 yrs ago, but not anymore. P&P overpriced. When I had to return an item I asked for a free Returns label to be emailed to me, or at least my return postage refunded. No, was the answer. Little sense of give & take, which should always exist in business.

Post box

I recently bought a post box for our home from the company Brilliant Wall Art and it arrived promptly, well wrapped and is a lovely item. I highly recommend their products and customer support.

Shockingly bad service

I placed an order for £112.87 but my circumstances changed so I declined delivery of the item. After making several attempts to call to explain the situation I completed the online ‘contact us’ facility. The subsequent correspondence I received from a male person whose name began with an “S” was absolutely appalling. The attitude and tone of the correspondence was shocking. I am a paying customer and was lambasted for daring to change my mind! Do look at the t&c refund clause 20 as I paid a heavy price by way of a £29.85 penalty fee deducted from my refund. He was even mean spirited enough to not explicitly reveal how much I was going to be refunded. He simply directed me to root through the t&cs. Brilliant Wall Art has paid a heavier price as I will never EVER place another order with them again and most certainly do not endorse for anybody else to place an order given the total lack of professionalism that I experienced. You have been warned…..

Sorry our service did not meet your demands but to clarify no penalty fee was applied to your refund. In this very unusual case customer 'S' chose to order an item but then reject it at the door so not taking delivery. While it is fine and acceptable to change your mind you will need to cover the cost to return an item. This was explained and also detailed in point 20 of T&C the courier not us will charge a return delivery fee, relabeling fee and also an admin fee as they need pay someone to create and print a new label if you reject a delivery. It is this charge that was deducted from the refund which was supplied even before the items had been returned. To AVOID unnecessary fees simply take delivery of an order and if you change your mind simply post it back by the most cost effective method.

I was a little worried given the poor reviews but had found a really nice wall art exactly the size and style I wanted so bought it with fingers crossed; I received the item a couple of days later, it was well packaged, no damage, was kept informed of tracking via dpd emails and the item is lovely- so glad I gave them a try!

Appalling customer service

I have been trying to contact Brilliant Wall Art for over 3 weeks now to inform them that the Gecko thermometer they sent does not work. I have completed their contact form 3 times, have left 2 voice mails (no-one ever answers the phone) and have sent 3 emails, and still no-one has responded. Appalling/non-existent customer service.

Shop elsewhere

Purchased a Gecko wall thermometer in May 23
This then doesn’t work 4 weeks later
Contacted company no reply
Contacted company again only too be told I’ve dropped it.
It was placed on the wall on arrival & definitely hasn’t been dropped.

With such a blunt reply - I wouldn’t recommend this company

I’ve said I will dispute my payment with my card provider

Not a nice company too deal with unfortunately!

My order was sent to the wrong door…

My order was sent to the wrong door number because someone at Brilliant Wall Art put the wrong door number on the parcel.We sat in all day only to find it was at a neighbours house at 7pm.Contacted the company to complain and got an apology saying it was human error,but didnt like their response when I said human error was not enough after sitting in all day.I will not be buying anything else from this company and would advise others to be careful.

Excellent service and stunning artwork

I recently purchased a piece of art that was beautiful but developed a fault after a couple of weeks. I emailed detailing the problem and Jeremy immediately replied saying he would send a replacement.
In less than a week a replacement plaque was received.
The art is beautiful and I am very pleased with it.
The service I received was excellent. I think it is a true test of a company in the way they respond when a problem arises.
I would not hesitate to buy from this company again. The artwork is stunning and the service is spot on.

Problem Rectified - Happy now :-)

After a bad start where an order wasn't delivered and they weren't replying to my many messages, Karen finally contacted me one month after placing the order. She informed me that after investigation they found that the message system on their website wasn't working and my messages hadn't been received. The item had been out of stock but I hadn't been notified. Really please to find out that once the problem had been discovered, the item was despatched and arrived the following day. Very well packed I must add.
So, I thought it only right to remove the bad review and replace it with a deserved good review. Thank you for eventually sorting it out.
