I ordered a post box from Brilliant Wallart. Unfortunately when it arrived it had been damaged in transit. Karen worked with me to find a solution that suited us. She was very helpful and quick to respond.

Very professional and helpful company
I ordered a post box from Karen at Brilliant Wall Art, which was despatched the same day. The price and quality were very good and I found her to be very professional and helpful. They were let down by their delivery company Fedex, who are not very good. However, now that I have received my goods, which I am delighted with, I happily recommend Brilliant Wall Art.

Brilliant Art and Customer Service
I've just taken delivery of my Item and the wow factor it has. Right from the start when Simon emailed me to say there could be a slight delay due COVID 19 (nice touch), he has kept me updated. Then at last minute, I asked if it was possible to change the colour of my Item, I was met with a level of upmost professionalism, from help with choosing the finish to being shown the finished item before shipment, to see if it was how I wanted it (with the offer of tailoring it further if needed, it wasn't needed, but the gesture was noted), the finished article is amazing, so my thanks to Simon, brilliant art and brilliant customer service. Took 3 weeks for my item to arrive
Took 3 weeks for my item to arrive, when I contacted customer support I received a response to say they were switching delivery company but they had even bothered to notify me. Customer services they ignored my email when their delivery supplier did not email to me. I will not be ordering from this website again.
