5* despite an issue with a product.
My order was delivered with care but unfortunately the chocolate panettone was wet and soggy from a melted sugar crust, making it sticky and unpleasant. I emailed and in under 2 hours, had an apology, a refund and a free-delivery code against a future order. Impressive service, especially on a first order.
Great experience
Delicious olives, good price, and lovely customer services who were polite, helpful, and prompt when I rang with an enquiry. Great company, will definitely use again, thank you!
One of the best
One of the best. High quality produce, a real taste of spain. Can’t be heated, that’s why we go back again and again.
Super nice quality products
Super nice quality products, fast delivery and superb packaging. Not cheap but it's proper gourmet stuff. Having said that one of the olive oils that I got was cheaper there than in Amazon).
Not their fault, smahed, however wrong items delivered…
No fault of theirs for a truly smahed parcel, thanks to the packaging 90% remained intact although very soggy. Swapping ingredients in the delivery I am not happy with however, you should get what you ordered, we're not paying ASDA prices here.
Unreliable, unprofessional, orders not fulfilled.
We odered food for a bbq were we had invited a dozen people. We made the order a few days earlier to make sure there would be no issues, the items ordered were in stock and we sent back and forth several emails to double check. On the day of the delivery only half of the order was delivered. No explanations. Office closed on the weekend, nothing we could do. The following week we got an explanation, too late. Apparently, they had oversold the items we ordered and we just got what was left. The pickers didn't inform us so we could try to find and alternative. That is incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable.
Two weeks later, some friends put an order through them for another event. This time, they didn't even get a delivery. Nobody contacted them. Only when they phoned to see what was going on, they were told that the "lorry with the imported food hadn't arrived the previous week". But still, they had accepted the order and said nothing about not having stock.
Place an order at your own peril. In my case, I will never buy from this company again, it's not reliable.

No response to customer
I received a different product to what I ordered. I sent an email to that effect - never received any reply back. I know it was the XMAS busy season but would expect a response afterwards.
Terrible service
Terrible service. Placed an order for a Christmas hamper and paid for a specific day delivery. Delivery did not happen, was told Id receive a refund and this was not processed either so could not purchase a replacement gift in time for Christmas. Appalling customer service, promised things and not delivered. Avoid.
Really impressed.
Really impressed with the service and quality of gifts I ordered for Christmas.
Awful BB dates
I purchased a Not Just Paella Box and a Brindisa Classic Cheese Box on the 5th of November 2024 and requested delivery on the 17th of December 2024, both of them for Christmas presents.
No issues with delivery or the paella box, everything great on that front.
I cannot say the same for the cheese box. I am disappointed with the expiry dates on the cheeses I received. Most of them are BB 23/12/2024. This was a Christmas present which I now can't gift even though they are BB dates. I requested the items to be delivered a week before Christmas to allow for any mishaps like this!
Most cheeses I have purchased before come with a longer BB or expiry date so the fact that the ones Brindisa sent me are only a week long is ridiculous. I would have gotten stuff from the supermarket had I known the BB dates were so short.
In addition, the image on the website shows a Brindisa box, which makes one think the cheeses will come nicely packaged, but they came loose in a normal box instead, so I would have had to sort this myself too.
So disappointed :(

Olive Oil - You get what you pay for
The 5L tin of Extra Virgin Olive Oil I ordered came bash free, it has a long date on it and it tastes fabulous. It was expensive but you get what you pay for.
