I had booked a room through BringFido but asked for a receipt from the hotel when we left. The room price was $40 lower on the receipt for the room.

I told BringFido about it and asked for a refund. They told me that they are part of Expedia and get a share of the comissions they take for booking rooms. On the BringFido website they state that there are no booking fees with their services. They told me in writing that they get a share of the commission.

They have refused to refund the difference. I would think they would be liable since their website states no fees are taken.

Sounds like false advertising to me. I'd be wary of booking with them and just use them to find hotels and then book with them directly.

The staff was terrific!
The rooms were clean.
Property has been remodeled and gorgeous.
The price was very fair and reasonable.
They offer a full breakfast which changes every day.
The kitties were happy looking out the window at the new wildlife and very happy in the room.
We will recommend to others.
We would go back.

When I thought about staying in a hotel with my puppy BringFido came to mind. I am so happy I booked with them. They showed me the best hotel to go to with my pet. I was so pleased I will always book through BringFido! My dog was treated like Royalty! Bones at the front desk. Courteous employees who cared about my pet. Very Very clean rooms. I am very satisfied!

Find great dog friendly places to stay or even eat, drink and relax.
Always found great hotels and condos thru Bring Fido at the best prices, they also have fantastic customer service and no I don’t work for them just really had good experience with using them. Will always use these guys first. Keep up the good work

This website is soooooooo helpful! Grateful to have stumbled upon it. Have shared it with friends who also travel with fur family! Not inly does it help find a hotel but also pet friendly surrounding spots like restaurants, things to do etc. Love this site so much. Genius move! Expedia!

BringFido customer service is amazing.

I have used BringFido several times when planning trips with my two large dogs. I always find something interesting to do in the location I am going to or through. The most important thing for me is finding lodging that will accept two dogs over 60 pounds each. I have always found something that worked for us and the reviews seem to be quite accurate. It's nice to know I can count on BringFido when I need it the most in a new town. It allows me to travel with my pets with confidence

Found TownePlace Suitesby Marriot Tacoma Lakewood through Bring Fido - Clean, comfortable hotel that allows large dogs and has a dog potty area outside.
