J'ai un puit hydraulique G2000 installé depuis avril 2024 . Depuis impossible de le voir fonctionner correctement. Les réponses du SAV , malgré un nombre important de contacts directs ou via l'installateur, ne permettent pas la mise en service de l'installation. J'ai un nouveau problème avec le circulateur , signalé mi juin au SAV et à ce jour le problème n'est toujours pas traité.Je m'attendais à un autre suivi vu le coût de ce produit . J'ai relancé également le commercial de notre secteur (Normandie) sans plus de résultats.
