Despicable company. Made a booking and received an email to confirm. On the day of my daughter's party, they didn't show up and weren't answering our calls. Eventually (after the party had started) they got in touch to say the booking system had made an error. They couldn't come out so my daughter was without a bouncy castle. I told them I'm pregnant and did not need this stress after planning every detail of my daughter's 4th birthday party only to be let down.

They apologised and said they would cover the cost of the hall, provide a free bouncy castle for another day and give us an Amazon voucher to go towards a gift for our daughter. This was all via WhatsApp and I have the messages to prove this.

After 30 days of no contact, I got in touch with them and they ignored my messages and calls. I got my husband to call on his phone and they answered, and said to email instead. After sending all the information in the email, they claimed the had changed management and wouldn't be covering the cost of the hall as they couldn't afford that (despite the fact I sent the hall booking invoice via WhatsApp as requested earlier and they said it would be sorted in 30 days). They refused to provide additional bouncy castle for the date we requested (Jan 2026) despite it being so far in advance. They also haven't sent an Amazon voucher and instead are ignoring all calls and emails.

Absolutely disgusting customer service!!!

Really easy to book and great communication over WhatsApp. They checked and agreed when I accidentally paid the deposit twice.

Bouncy Castle was delivered and collected on time. All clean and tidy and the kids loved it.

Straight forward communication. Set up and pick up with clear communication and with ease. Would use again. Kids loved it.

Outstanding!! From booking to packing up at the end of the day, they offered a first class service. I went with the full party package and couldn’t have gotten more value for money, everything combined was more than I could’ve ever dreamt of, parents kept commenting on how it was the best party they’d ever been to for their kids and the best thing, all I had to do was provide food and drink for my guests, everything else was taken care of. Kids had THE BEST time and so did I because I wasn’t trying to do a hundred things. Would highly recommend and will be using again without a doubt. Thank you so much for giving my son his dream birthday party ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Respect for what they done to the point not many turned up for my daughter 18th surprise party but the made it special for here I can't thank them enough and and the end of the night we had the album from them that had all the photos in thank you so much

From the initial conversation until after the booking, the communication with these guys has been first class. They've helped with advice, booking information, confirmations of times and dates and worked their schedule to fit around my sons party as best they could. I wouldnt go anywhere else and im so happy with how the party went. The inflatable was clean, and tidy and put up and taken down with no fuss at all and the mascot we hired made my sons day. Thank you so much for all your help, the speedy replies and helping me to create a memorable day for my boy. Will definitely recommend to others in the future and use you again for the next ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

Absolutely amazing 6/5 ⭐ my booking was last minuet as is and they were super accommodating , great communication! AND on top of all that they had troubles the morning of and still made sure they were there on time!! Even threw in a free game. Set up and take down took no time at all 20 minuets if that! And all the equipment was in great condition - I’m absolutely amazed perfect day couldn’t have gone better THANKYOU THANKYOU THANKYOU !!

I have used Bristol Bouncy Castle Hire twice now, once for my son’s birthday and the second time for my daughters. They are really reasonably priced, can offer most themes that you are looking for, and honestly just take the stress out of the day. Really good customer service, I will definitely be using them again.

I can't fault this company. I was in desperate need of a bouncy castle this week as the rubbish weather ruined our original plan for a surprise party. I messaged several companies, but Bristol Bouncy Castle Hire replied quickly and were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Philippa was our on site set and dismantle crew and she was brilliant. Super friendly and efficient, making sure everything ran smoothly. All the children had a great time, so was worth every penny. Would highly recommend 🎉🎊😃

Bristol bouncy castle hire really made my daughters birthday, I hired a bouncy castle and the bubble balloon house and nothing was too much trouble, great communication on the day and even threw in a backdrop for free. Would highly recommend. The emails did bounce back but after sending messages via WhatsApp the replies were quick and extremely helpful. Thank you again

Bristol bouncy castle were FANTASTIC!!! My 4 year old had the frozen themed package bouncy castle 3 characters ,smoke machine, dj , sweets , games , the list was endless ..they arrived early which was great we had great communication throughout and most importantly my daughter absolutely loved her day ...totally in awe of the whole day ...il DEFINITELY be using Phillipa and her gang again !!! Booked the jungle castle with slide for our 2 very energetic young grandchildren! Booking was straight forward and easy, and any questions were answered promptly. Arrived on time and collection was a little later which was a bonus! Our grandchildren had the best day bouncing and sliding! We will definitely be using you again in the future. Would definitely recommend. Thankyou so much from 2 VERY happy children 😊
