Anthony. A Gift Message should have been fixed to the inside box flap, so maybe your friend missed it when opening. We have now just moved to gift cards included, as others had missed it to. Apologies.

Failed to deliver two days in a row
Failed to deliver two days in a row. Never once received email from parcel force. On the third day the deliver arrived at about 5.30pm. The aimed time was between 12pm and 1pm. So I has to stay in all day just in case the deliver arrived. I have never had other Web purchase deliver problems. They always deliver when they say they will.
