The customer service you need/ want!
I anxiously rang today to pay for my bill and unfortunately take someone off the bill. Now a single parent of 2 young children with a home to run and an overwhelming amount of bills I spoke to a lady called Jo from the Nailsea Branch and just wow. She made me feel at such ease and reassured me the whole way through the phone call. Going through different options with me to see which best fit for me. With no judgement, Her calm and caring manor really helped me today. Wish all customer lines had someone like Jo. I hope you keep hold of her she’s a gem to your company.
Thank you. L x

Review by Sue W Changing from annual billing to water meter
I wanted to change from annual billing to a water meter, but had quite a few questions to ask before changing over. I phoned and my call was answered very quickly by a brilliant lady called Jenna. Jenna answered all my questions in a very pleasant and understanding manner. She was very efficient but also exlained everything very clearly. I would recommend Jenna and Brisol Water to anyone. Indeed, it was refreshing to speak with a human rather than an electronic robot! Please give Jenna a payrise!

Complete disregard for motorists
Bristol Water have been digging a small hole on the A38 at Rooksbridge for about two weeks. The repair is mainly on the footpath but I appreciate for safety traffic lights are required. What I do not appreciate is the fact that every time I pass the site no work is ever being done. The lights were in situ over a full weekend with no work being carried out. I’m just sick to death of utility companies taking motorists for complete fools , queuing for 15 to 20 minutes and when you eventually get to the lights no workers to be seen.STOP TREATING US LIKE FOOLS PLEASE

Had a big water leak a few days after…
Had a big water leak a few days after Christmas. Called Bristol water who came out within the hour to turn off main supply. We couldn’t initially locate the leak, so had to leave supply isolated while trying to contact a contractor to dig up the pipe. Thankfully after a few phone calls Bristol water came out again and agreed to replace the pipe, if we dug up the private pathway. The two contractors who came out initially were so helpful too. They wanted to help find the leak but were not allowed to dig up private land. One even called me the next day to make sure the issue was being resolved.
Really great company who really will go out of their way to help you in emergency. We also had water bottles delivered daily while the supply was off.

great water company
always been wonderful to deal with, much more caring and understanding than most utilities companies
my review today (this is not something I normally do) is because of particular care and support shown by Diane who went above and beyond normal customer care to help someone in need

Seamus from Billings 10/10
Just had a query with Billings department and it was quite an unual request(s). Seamus handled the call really well and immediately built a proffesional rapport with me. He answered all of my questions and ensured that I left the call with a better understanding of my bill and how they are generated. I always struggle speaking to companies over the phone but any nervousness or angst that I was feeling was immediately diffused by Seamus' approach.. Absolute 10/10

They have never made a mistake with any of our bills in many years of dealing with them. Please don't change a thing

Refreshingly GREAT customer service experience
I have had to call twice in two days to create my account, and correct my email address with them. You ring them - the phone is answered VERY promptly, and the call handlers are very polite and lovely; and easy and clear to understand. This is an excellent example of how customer service should be done. There are no STUPID menus, entering numbers with the keypad - only for the handler to ask again for the same details... No waiting.
Just amazing.

Customer service agent Eddie/Eddy,gave me such amazing service, I had tried to do an online move which had started to give me problems, so I decided to call in and the phone was answered immediately which was great! And not only that but Eddie was so efficient, he closed off my old account and opened up at my new property with the same customer number and did a calculation for a direct debit which I was extremely happy with, he spoke me through everything over the phone from beginning to end, he told me that because I was at my previous Bristol property for so long and nothing had changed we can keep the direct debit the same however he suggested that making it higher by just £5 or so will definitely be sufficient to create nice credit in the account, he heard me talk about my Nan living with me and asked if I would like to add her on to the priority register which I definitely did. I have to say I have not received such good service in a very long time, he was so friendly and had such a good tone of voice over the phone, be he walked me through setting up my e billing service and had an answer to every query I had, my call with him lasted less than 10 minutes, in fact in was 8 minutes and 39 seconds to be accurate, and I think that's fair enough time to be on the phone for the level of quality service I received, so thank you Eddie for the amazing service and Bristol water, you must be proud to have such a helpful and great person on your team, I hate to go on but I've dealt with Bristol water before however even though I have always managed to sort things out it has certainly been a pleasure having dealt with this man. Please do make sure he gets this message as I did promise him I would do a Google and trust pilot review on the day but I never got round to it. On behalf of myself and my Nan, thanks for the laughs and great efficient service, well done all.

Helpful Bristol Water!
I had quite an expensive first bill on my new property. Bristol water and everyone I spoke with were so friendly, helpful and understanding. It's quite the opposite of the usual utility experience. I dealt with Sam Fletcher, Diane, Kate and Lauren Paton.

Had to contact Bristol Water regarding an issue with water bill. Had online chat with a lovely lady called Shelley. After taking my details she sorted everything for me including a refund. Made the whole task so easy. Other companies could seriously learn from this. Could not ask for better service. 10/10. Thank you Shelley.
