Ignore online stock availability - be prepared for a wait!
Ordered in stock parts one afternoon, only to be called the following day to say parts had been discontinued and I was to choose other ones, picked and paid the extra. Two days later, another email asking for payment for delivery. The next day parts were sent, and delivered the next day. DON’T ADVERTISE PARTS ON YOUR WEBSITE AS IN STOCK, WHEN THEY AREN’T! I’m used to waiting 2-3 days for special order Land Rover parts, but a week for items you marked as in stock just isn’t good business.

Ordering process was simple and paid…
Ordering process was simple and paid for a premium delivery however this took over a week with no proactive updates on delays and then I received a text to say the item would be arriving next day, waited in all day and no delivery, called up to be told the text shouldn't have been sent. On the day the delivery finally did arrive again the texts were incorrect in terms of delivery timescales.
