I would give a zero if I could !!! I PRE booked a taxi for 11pm this evening from haydock park race course at 11.20 no sign of taxi and 15 mins to get through to a rude operator who just said it will be there when it gets there , well as a paying customer I won’t ever be using you again , leaving people stranded without even having the decency to try an contact a driver to see how far away they are is shocking , also sad as during trying to find another company I find out these have also acquired another local taxi company into this fiasco they call a service. Lots of people at haydock park also stranded after PRE booking with these , avoid at all costs if u want to get home from a night out .

Booked a taxi at 9am in the morning after holding on I was the 14th caller booked the taxi to pick us up at 1 pm to go to a christening we waited over half an hour no taxi arrived we had to use our car the taxi driver rang me to say he was outside my house sorry you were over half an hour late this isn’t the first time they have done this to us will never ever use Brittania again disgusting service

Absolute Garbage! Pre booked a taxi the day before we needed one, never turned up, stood in pouring down rain for over an hour, kept ringing them to find out what was going on to be told it was irrelevant that we had pre booked🤷‍♂️. I was under the impression that’s what you did with taxis. Worst taxi rank around

Terrible. Preordered and prepaid for a return taxi on Thursday for Saturday. Taxi taking us to our destination arrived and had no problems. The Taxi didn’t arrive for our return journey and when I tried to call 4 times was put on hold, after holding from being 20th in the queue when an agent eventually answered they hung up immediately. I was trying to contact them for 40 mins We had to walk over a mile in heavy rain and I have mobility issues until we eventually got a taxi, which was 1.5 hours later . When looked at the app they had cancelled our taxi after our pick up time with no notification. When you prepay for a service you expect them to turn up or at least give you notice they have cancelled.

I was waiting on a lonely Widnes road, when I was visited by the ghost of Pessi. He told me he was going to steal my taxi & my penalty if I didn’t refuse a maccies. Unfortunately, as I am a helmet, I agreed & he took my penalty anyway. Shame on you pessi!!!

Took 3 hours to arrive and still didn’t Bother showing. pile of spunk don’t recommend oh by the way it left me in the middle of spaffing nowhere

My daughter under my encouragement booked the taxi yesterday for 5:30 am this morning.Now this 12 hours ahead for any driver to plan their trips and take as many or as few rides beforehand.If the driver isn't given this list ahead or he/ she doesn't plan it properly,they shouldn't be doing this job in the first place.
The driver arrived half a hour late(I'm not taking his excuses).My daughter was late to her new job(so if she looses her job,that's on you).If the driver doesn't know the area,well,he/she should get GPS out or perhaps start studying maps or smth.If on the other hand there is a miscommunication between the driver and the main office,that needs to be changed as soon as.After all,it doesn't matter whether it's £5 or £50 or more journey those are your wages.

Absolutely disgusted with the service tonight. They switched the app off. They spoke to their regulars like s**t. I’ve spent hundreds and hundreds of pounds with this company and the ‘lady’ on the phone put the phone down on me 3 times! Cannot believe I’m paying her wages! If you cannot help your regulars then please get another job. The driver took another fare too.

Rubbish, had to wait over an hour for a taxi which then ended up missing the shop as it closed and the taxi was too late! Get more drivers in!

My taxi went to wrong address even after me changing with office before arrival. Guy on phone put phone down on me when I tried to call and didnt answer after this call.

The service was amazing! I paid before the trip, the driver called me on arrival and was waiting for me on time. Helped me with my suitcases and was extremely friendly! Will definitely use it again each time I need an airport trip!

Fantastic taxi company per booked for trips to for our stay at the Sandman Signature Hotel, evening bookings for our meal out and from the hotel to Gatwick North terminal. Always on time you get a text message letting you know what car will be collecting you. 10/10 thank you
