Steer clear. Damaged bed. No answer on email. Waste of time and money. Don’t trust this company

I have ordered from this company, there had been an error on the delivery address what I had made aware for them to amend. I had a very basic none helpful response, was just told they have cancelled the order and I’ve to buy again? With no information about how long my payment will come back to me for anything for that matter! I have emailed several times after this and no response? This had now lead me to not trust this company which is sad as I really wanted to receive the bed I bought! I have now had to take this up with my bank to retrieve my money back due to the lack of communication from them!!

So now I will not be recommending this place to anyone and will be making trading standards aware.

Similar to other reviews the delivery drivers damaged my wardrobe on delivery and also no assembly despite specifically choosing this as an option and paying for it. When I contacted them to inform them of above, they didn’t address the damaged wardrobe and they simply said that their ‘contract’ with the delivery company had ended (the following day) and that I could contact the delivery service and request assembly for a fee which I would have to pay. Madness , false advertising and very poor customer service.

In a world full of scammers how lovely to work with such an honest company!!!! Ordering easy, delivery on time and kept informed. Unfortunately there was a tiny flaw in the bed. I requested an exchange, easily done, great communication with Adam from customer services, new beautiful bed delivered today (Sunday 7:00 am!) perfectly done by RK. I’m a very happy customer. Thank you to Adam and the delivery guys.

Orderd the bed and it arrived early morning . I heard a bang in the hall and the driver delivery man took a huge chunk out of my wall and this was a brand new property. I was shocked and asked what was the mark he said it was already there and I had done it . I told him it was a new property and I did not make the damage . They both left the bed in the room and say bye and I said I was told the bed would be installed due to me having an injury, the two guys huffed and and then marked my wall again. They put the bed up but left a lot of rubbish and metal work on the floor they did not tidy up after them self’s . I also refused to sign anything and the guy screamed at me calling me names and using foul language he followed me into my kitchen screaming and wouldn’t leave my property I had to call the police as I felt not safe and targeted . I was called by a managed called Omar who resisted me the damage will be fixed and the bed would be checked , I have called emailed and left messages and it has now been a month and had no reply . This is so wrong and unfair and it looks like the damage won’t be fixed when he said it would be done within the week. Do not use this company awful customer service threatening behaviour they damage your property and are not reliable . For me to call the police as your colleague would not leave my property is a big no no do not use this company shocking

Ordered bed off the basis of price and fact assembly was provided. For email at 9pm the day before to state bed would delivered next day. Could not arrange day off work but managed to organise time away to nip home for delivery. Emailed contact info the evening before and called multiple times the day of delivery. Eventually got through and was advised all ok and contact info with driver. Called again to get update and nothing. Ended up having to go out to my car(don’t have mobile access in my work) 2 missed calls by 20mins.
Called number to be told missed alternative contact number but had left bed and ottoman in back garden.
Managed to get to the item before rain started and was getting damp but single person and had to struggle to get items into my house. Then took time to arrange help to get bed upstairs.
No instructions - further chasing to get info for assembly. Eventually got response with very little help.

delivery was delayed twice, bed is nice but only 3stars as was kept waiting

We believe a part of ottoman bed was incorrect, also no floor base. Instructions were minimal. In fact, it all started badly, the driver kept asking us if the parts were ours. I'm visually-impaired, so fortunately I had someone with me, who also helped carry parts as driver found street too narrow to get to my house.

Contacted company via e-m about issue, and should I send a video. Admittedly, I got a response the same day. However, since then, despite several e-mails and WhatsApp messages, i had no response. Finally, was asked to send a video again. No response. I sent a stern message informing them that I was going to escalate the issue, etc. I then received a reply that they would call me the next day and it would be resolved. Did not hear from them. I sent a stern message to only contact my daughter.

My daughter told them I wanted a refund, and was promised it and that bed psrts wouid be corrected. on the 4th Jan. Heard nothing from them.

They have dragged it out, probably in the hope that it will be too late to get a refund/compensation.

Not once have we had an apology during any communication.

Absolutely over the moon beautiful bed frame so so happy with it great experience from start to finish with this company super helpful staff the bed was assembled on delivery easy straight forward order and delivered with great care. Would highly recommend ☺️

My experience has been excellent from start to finish, I can not recommend any other company for your bed and matress needs, I was dealt with in a very professional manner. I bought the matress and bed online which is always scary, however I had the pleasure speaking to Adam who helpedof me book a delivery slot that was suited to schedule and it arrived on time! The team then took all items to the bedroom of my choice being very careful with all my furniture and ensuring everything was in tact, they took their time and made sure everything passed the checks and I was happy with everything before they left. Thank you to the whole team, I will definitely come back again.

Please avoid ordering from this company. In November I ordered a bed and storage box. It arrived promptly however the bed base was damaged and the foot base of the bed was missing. A section for someone else’s bed was delivered instead. I have tried tirelessly to resolve this and initially I spoke to someone who promised to resolve this but it never happened and they have ignored all further correspondence. The customer service is non existent. Please please don’t waste your money ordering from this company as it will only end in disappointment. I have now requested a full refund and for them to uplift the less than satisfactory goods.

They lie on their website saying free installation to any room. When we asked for them to take it upstairs they said they weren't insured. We assembled it ourselves ( with no instructions) and We have missing parts to the bed and now it doesn't open properly without it hitting the headboard. When I contacted them via email to find a resolution they began ignoring me and they don't answer their phone. They're a bunch of scammers who I would avoid at all costs.

Absolutely shocking. Chose the bed and it came a completely different colour, shape and with parts missing. A few days later I then found the pictures they had used on a different website so they have taken pictures from that site and made their own knock off version. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. pay a little bit extra and use a legit website/company. Customer service is non existent and can’t get through to anyone on the phone

This company takes pictures of beds from other companies and posts as there own. The colour and frame was completely wrong! Absolutely shocking. They turned up with one person for a superking bed and mattress, my partner had to help bring it in. Was missing a part.
We normally read reviews on everything but didn’t with this one and looking at the below a lot of people have had terrible experience again please avoid at all costs!

Genuinely impressed with the quality of the product. Arrived on time and no problem. On the ball customer service from Adam who was actively supportive of the delivery. Great discounts too. Will be purchasing my second bed from them in the New Year.

What an absolute JOKE of a company please avoid at all costs, we ordered a bed and it turned up with a stain and half the parts missing, they were then going to replace the parts and believe it or not supply some stain remover ? but surprise surprise did not deliver even that, we have pretty much given up now after a lot of chasing and arguments.

Delivery came later than expected driver showed up didn’t know what bed he was delivering as he didn’t have a sheet to work from and then informed me the slats were missing. I spent days calling the company to which I could not get through sent a few emails with no response so I ended up order some off Amazon as I could not use the bed without them to then get a call several days later saying my slats would be delivered the next day from the company which is annoying as I already spent extra money ordering some. I wasn’t in when the slats were delivered but I did receive them and I am happy with the bed it is worth the money. However the companies communication skills are terrible absolutely shocking no response at all. No reply to my emails what so ever just a call the day before the missing items were going to be delivered.
Did receive everything in the end and I am happy with the bed and the quality of the bed and this company could be amazing if they hired a good customer service team.
