Based on the photos you shared, it did appear that the cable may have been accidentally snapped, but we’re still more than happy to help.
We’ve been trying to get in touch with you to arrange a replacement, as we really want to resolve this for you. However you just tried to damage our business and write false review and ignored us! we’ll be glad to send you a new cable at 16 Elm Drive, Billinge, St Helens, WN5 7PU and arrange for Brand New one to be delivered to you.

Undelivered item put right
Please see update at bottom - Ordered item on 20th December 2024. Had an e-mail stating that unfortunately that a stock of that item is stuck in the port due to customs. I requested a rough date of stock and said I was happy to wait until in stock although this was a Christmas present. Sent two e-mails asking for an update to which they replied customs still holding items. A week later and I have had to yet again ask for confirmation of delivery. I understand borders and customs can cause a nightmare but the customer service I feel is terrible. If you are going to make customers wait for stock then you should have courtesy of contacting them every so often to update them of the situation! Requested update and if no resolution refund has been requested.
Update - after not getting thorough to other Hugh from British modules put this right and chased until the very end. The item arrived which the recipient of the item was extremely happy with. Hugh also expressed his apologies and has taken measures to reduce the chances of this happening to any other customer.

Perfect replacement earphones for Samsung Galaxy!
I entered this transaction - White Samsung AKG 3.5mm jack socket wired earphones - with some slight trepidation. I've had good and bad experiences when selecting this type of earphone. The last ones were too big to fit in my tiny ear holes! This time I made sure I went for a package with S, M, and L substitutes. I needn't have worried, these fit my ear perfectly. The difference between my old earphones and the new is staggering. Surprising how we put up with sub-standard products. I can hear clearly again. The Samsung AKG earphones come in a Samsung box. The transaction was smooth and delivered within a few days. Extremely pleased with my purchase. Will definitely buy from British Modules again. Highly recommended!

Worst customer service
I did buy a screen protector from them and i have chosen the only option which seemed close enough to my phone make and model but it turned out that it was wrong size. I have contacted customer service and they have asked me about photos for proof and the specifications of my phone so i have sent them. The replacement came and the same wrong size was sent to me. Then i have contacted them again and that's when they started being all rude and unprofessional, blaming me and telling me that it was my mistake so i just felt that there is no point arguing with arrogant people. I would never recommend them nor buy again from them. I forgot to mention that even the screen protector seemed like good quality product the fingerprint screen unlocking doesn't work in 9 out of 10 attempts
