Excellent screen protector
Excellent screen protector, used on many phones over the years and never needed replacing, including a child's first phone. Don't worry about the small bubbles on applying to the phone, they go within a day or so.

The charger burst into flames!!
Steer well clear of these fake products!! The charger was melted and could have burst into flames!!

Please don't trust this review, it was written by a Cheapskate freebie seeker who was after a refund! We have issued them a return label they have been giving us difficulty because all along they wanted to get a refund and keep the item!
FAKE PRODUCTS!
1) I was supplied with fake and dangerous Samsung chargers. Obvious fakes.
2) When I emailed them, they rang me. The man who spoke to me wouldn't let me talk - he kept talking over me saying the chargers are not fake and that they have "a reputation to uphold." He was rude and pushy. He then said he'd replace the faulty and fake chargers, but I had already bought replacements from a reputable company. So I requested a refund.
3) They have so-called refunded me, but they've done so in a way that has been rejected by my credit card company. They will not accept this and they say the matter is closed. I now have to wait until my credit card company looks into the matter, before I get my refund. This could take another 5 days, but the credit card company will eventually give me my money back.
I am very unhappy with the service I've received from this company! It seems that they don't like it when you point out that they sell unsafe electrical copies of genuine products. Furthermore, they really don't want to refund you and they will make it as hellish an experience as is possible to get your money back.
I told them that they were refunding in a way that does not work with the credit card company, and they refuse to refund in the manner which the creditors asked - they've refunded to my virtual wallet, and not to the credit card directly.
Do not bother with this company, unless you are prepared for the hassle you have to go through to get a refund. Totally unprofessional people. It has been almost 2 weeks since I ordered, and I'm still waiting for my refund to be properly dealt with.
UPDATE:
Someone rang me several times yesterday - Mon 22/07/24. Like others on here, they wanted me to remove this genuine review! This makes me wonder... how many five star reviews on here are the result of people caving into their demands? How many people have they scared into submission? This tactic is illegal and I'm going to take this further now. How dare they ring up demanding to change the review!

Thanks for your support, we use all the major shipping facilities and on average deliver in less than 2 to 3 working days, but because too many customers have harassed us about minor delays, we have written exactly what the small prints on shipping carriers state on their website. For example, Royal Mail claims 2 to 10 working days for their standard 48h shipping. So instead of writing it in small letters, we have written it in bold to avoid customer complaints. Ordered White Samsung galaxy AKG headphones (after months of searching aha) I was a little skeptical at first I have to admit! £11.50 and opted for the Free P&P - arrived three days after ordering placed! -
Headphones themselves are nicely packaged, convincing Samsung branded box all the serial numbers etc - would suggest maybe getting rid of the plastic insert holding the bundled up headphones inside and place some tissue paper or something a little easier recycled -
Headphones look good, they're a little lighter than I was expecting but all the wires and adaptor looked to be good - was VERY tight fit with the USB C port on my phone almost too tight to get on
Sound - after a little adjustments of the equaliser they sound amazing with rock/punk/metal music no hollow or tin sounds
Haven't used the buttons on the cable yet but they seem sturdy
All in all great product for a great price!

Used first time for a dog walk nothing big, sounds was good - the button on the wire is definitely dodgy on mine :') changed song a couple of times worked okay ish finding the middle click was a little hard, without touching it volume started turning down by itself leading me to a volume war with my phone 😂 other than that worth the £11.50

The best I have found - Return Customer
I use these guys for all my screen protectors (Watches and phones). They are the best I have found. If they don't have what you need, they might make it for you.
Unfortunately they have sent the wrong item on a couple of occasions, but their customer service is excellent and always quickly and easily resolved. Highly recommended A*

Fantastic service. Ordered and received boxed Samsung USB-C headset jack adapter, which enables use of existing headphones with new mobile phone which does not have a headphone socket. AVOID. Two week delivery, item was faulty, refund refused
Delivery took 12 days. Phone cable stopped working 9 days after receiving it. Company refused a refund and has been rude and argumentative.
After I threatened legal action, they offered a refund in exchange for a positive review (which is illegal). I gave them the positive review, have received the refund, and now am leaving my actual review.
A bunch of Ídiots at this company with no regard for customer service or the law.
