Disappointed with customer service !
Unfortunately I have had issues with the product purchased, despite several emails and dealing with different people each time, I still have what I believe to be a faulty charger/cable combination which I cannot seem to have replaced by this company. They have sent me a couple of vouchers but not to the value of the items purchased. I've since replaced by buying elsewhere. Disappointed with the customer service and failings in their customer handling. They have even appealed this review saying it is offensive! Trustpilot found in my favour saying it meets all their guidlines. SIMPLY AVOID THIS COMPANY AND SAVE THE HEADACHE OF THEIR APPALING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
