Easy process and smooth transaction
Very nice experience in finding the number pattern I wanted, easy to purchase with simple checkout process. One area which can be improved is to set the right expectation of how much time will it take for the remaining process and the progress before delivery, option to provide a PAC code vs physical card delivery was not obvious nor an option during check out . Will purchase again hope to see the improvement on the post purchase process. :)

I am pleased to say that I was very happy with the service I received from British Numbers. They sent me a list of mobile numbers to choose from and when I chose one, they helped me at every step till I was able to get that number transferred to my mobile.
I am not computer savvy and, therefore, it was not easy for me get through, what appeared to be long drawn process, easily. But they helped me at every step and, in fact I would say, they did every thing for me. I was finally given a PAC number which I could use to get my new number transferred to my mobile phone. I am pleased to say that my new number is now working satisfactorily.
