Disgusted ordered 6089 way back in…

Disgusted ordered 6089 way back in July, emailed several times, still no badge or reply to any of my 4 emails.
This company is leading fraudly no response, no refund. Special present for husbands birthday what a sham. DO NOT TRADE WITH THESE PEOPLE AS YOU LOSE YOUR MONEY,and in these days it is hard to come by.

Refer to order number 6304 and wonder…

Refer to order number 6304 and wonder why this company is still trading. No goods no refund despite giving the information several times.
Rogue company who steals your money, does not provide the goods, no refund issued and ignores all correspondence.
Going by reviews seems I’m not the only one.
Buyer beware don’t use this company as you will be out of pocket with no goods to show for it.
Should be utterly ashamed.

DISAPPOINTED

Please be so careful in using this company as once again I find myself having to write a review on Trustpilot as when you email no reply. I ordered a Paddington Bear badge in July order number BP64UK and still hasn't arrived. When I get a reply on Trustpilot they say they will give it their full attention and make sure that it will get posted or a will receive a full refund, neither has happened and can't stress enough how disappointed I am. This was a gift for a special occasion. If you reply please don't tell me you are looking into it I have heard it before. I just want the item I ordered or the refund you say I would receive it the item is no longer available. I am hoping you still have the item I ordered as it will still be a nice gift for the person I ordered it for,

Have not received product, support, or replies

Hello,

Since email correspondence is not being met (I am sincerely wondering if it has been hijacked…but that is me…). But someone seems to answer here.

I am wondering about the two orders I placed in July. I know that I am in the US and our pending tariff situation on smalls is a bit of a doomsday scenario (so, sorry…but these orders were in July…and you have over $100 of my money that I cannot get back or receive product).

Could someone, anyone, please tell me the status of these two orders?

I am sad, confused, and don’t recommend them as an online shop, especially for a US customer trying to get some Christmas presents put together. Thank you.

After a rocky start with a few issues delivery was finally made.
Have to say the quality of products recieved made the original issues a distant memory.
Great quality items and packaged with care and attention.
Only criticism of my experience would be for better communication with customers and a missing pin from the defence medal hence 3 stars not 5.
But thank you for the outstanding items

Terrible service

Still waiting for order placed and paid for at the end of July. They are not returning my emails. My husband served for his country and you do this as respect for him and all service people. They send me 2 emails a day wanting me to place another order but cannot send me my 1st one !! Hope you get lots of interest ££ on all this money which is not yours to keep.
