There was a problem with the first pallet sent yet the company couldn't do enough for me. Arranged a replacement free of charge 👌. There was also an access problem for delivery but this company went out of their way to find a courier who would deliver to the rear of my property as both myself and husband have medical conditions. First class company wouldn't hesitate to buy or recommend these guys. 5* from me 👍👍

Recommended by family members who've already placed orders & were impressed. So I got some chopped logs dropped off for the wood burning stove. A good product at a very reasonable price, plus prompt delivery .... suits me.

Great homegrown product, great service, will be using again!!
Was recommended these guys through a friend who had used them to fuel their BBQ and fire pit. Very competitively priced and were able to respond really quickly to all the queries I had thrown their way before making my order. I’ve now been able to use a lot less eco-logs and kiln dried wood than before and with a much longer burn than ever.... I can now just sit down, relax, have a few beers and watch it burn instead of keeping getting up and down to throw more cheap crap in the pit- perfect for the late evenings out in the garden!
I no longer feel like I am literally burning money!
Once I’ve burnt through this lot I’ll be back for some more and I’ve recommended them to my friends already!

Top Quality Briquettes & Great Value!
Not only did I get amazing value for money - but the product itself was the best quality I have experienced. I am a frequent buyer of briquettes and I came across this company recently. Good product with great customer service
With the great weather outside while being under lockdown. I decided to try out BRF to source briquettes for my fire pit. As a new British Company i was sceptical to use them but the prices were good and decided to place an order. The team were helpful and very friendly and placed my order for me, the briquettes came on time and have been using for the past week, will definitely be placing another order soon with them.

Great value for money and quick response time
Recently bought a new chiminea and decided to give British Renewable Fuels a go. Bought the briquettes and, through past experience with similar products from other companies, I chucked 3 on as 1 is never enough but that’s not the case with the ones from British Renewable Fuels. You really do only need 1 and it burns for ages. Amazing value for money.
Before I bought them I asked a few questions through social media. Super quick response.
