Best website for NYC theater tickets

I have purchased theater tickets from this company for the past six years every time I have a trip to NYC and never had any issues. I am usually in the city twice a year and only had to call once when I accidentally deleted my electronic ticket. It was resent while I was on the phone. Great customer service.

Easy process to purchase

I'd like some way to identify if there are stairs or steps to my seat from entry. I couldn't easily find that. The process of buying a ticket was good, thanks.

Selling is a nightmare

We had to cancel our trip due to weather and had to sell our tickets at the last minute. Selling these tickets on a third-party marketplace is a nightmare because of how they deliver the tickets. I would not use broadway.com again because it was too complicated to get rid of the tickets. I ended up giving half of them away because it was easier than selling them.

They need to update their policies

They need to update their policies. They won’t allow you to use AMEX gift cards anymore for some reason even though it’s advertised as a way to pay.

It’s easy to use

It’s easy to use. But it also said there were cheaper tickets, which i never saw. I was ordering tickets 5 months from now, and even when I ordered tickets in December for my daughter, for March (3 1/2 months) I could find the less expensive tickets.

Do not recommend

Do not recommend! I purchased tickets for Moulin Rouge last January. My 20-year-old cousin tragically passed away one week before our trip, so we had to cancel it. Broadway.com’s representative stated that they would call back if there were any availabilities in the months to follow for shows. It is now a year later, no call back, and we did not receive a refund of any kind (the tickets were $500 total). I looked at the shows in the proceeding months and they did have availability. Every other accommodation/event we had was able to give us a refund or some kind of credit given the circumstances. It was just an awful feeling all in all, and I’m disappointed for the lack of empathy this company provided us. Not to mention, the fees are outrageous. Please look at Reddit stories from this company prior to purchasing. There are better options out there! This review has also been posted on Google to spread awareness of this company!!
