Ordered my daughter a new scoot on there 4th of July sale late order was processed on the 5th and delivered in northern California on the 11th. We will buy again thank you Broadway P/S

The scooters arrived in a couple of days. Totally happy with them. I kept the Ryan Williams which fit me the best and gave the prodigy S9 swirl to some kid at the skatepark since it was too small for me.

It came fast and everything was perfectly fine

So I ordered bars and they cut them to the perfect size that I asked for they didn’t have the wheel I ordered in stock but handled it well by giving me several options I choose a different wheel instead that was a little bit cheaper after we got that resolved they shipped the same day and next thing I know I have a package the next day so I can’t complain a single bit and with the wheel that was cheaper they refunded my money.

They were Awesome! They have the knowledge and service. Had an issue with delivery (the problem was on my end) they made sure its resolved immediately.

Very nice scooter. Same as the ones in the scooter store we saw but passed because of the prize tag. I was happy to find this one on sale. Good prize. Sturdy, nice color well made. Very happy

is Bad because i didn’t received my order from 3 weeks but it says that it got shipped but it didn’t and i sent emails they responded but is taking too long i still didn’t get my money and my order

scooter ordered and the discount 15 % offered me in the end could NOT be acceptable. No email received with order number even tracking number or information about when that is gonna be shipped. Trying to contact the customer service and nobody to support.

I received my item around Christmas. The scooter fork wasn’t the correct one. I shipped back in January. I never received my refund so I inquired with the company in February and they mysteriously received the package the next day. They claim they opened the package and the item packaging was in there without the item. We never opened the item, just put it back in a box and taped it up. They got $89 from me and my child is left without his Christmas gift and is really upset because I can’t afford to replace it. Best not to do business with this company especially if you may need to return something. They will not make it right.

The payment setup on your website would’t work, and no one answers when I call your number. You should really try to have someone to answer people’s questions. The email response came within a day (adequate) but if someone had picked up the phone my problem could have been solved in five minutes. You can answer calls even when working from home.

This was a great transaction.

Purchase made was easy and fast. Always happy with products available and products purchased.
