The wrong part came in the correct packaging. I sent pictures. Instead of sending out the correct part, I had to wait until my part was back in the hands of this company. Only then would they ship the part I ordered. Not sure this was really necessary for a $30 part. Could have used the part sooner! I ordered it because needed it now. And the trust (again, $30) of me returning their incorrect part would have been nice. I tried to explain this but they stuck to their rule. I could see this with an expensive part, but really? a $30 clamp that they incorrectly sent?

Came a day before it was stated to arrive. Was opened box but in perfect condition. Already told my sons friend where we got it from as he wants one also. Will definitely purchase from this site/retailer again! 😀

Everything was great, fast shipping. But there was no mention of the wheels not coming with bearings installed. Not a huge deal because they were super cheap and I had a set of bearings laying around .

Excellent site with reviews and good product photos and descriptions helped me decide to purchase the envy prodigy s8 retro for my 11 yr old. The basic ground shipping was fast arrived in 2 or 3 days. The packaging and scooter arrived all good. Setup was fast and easy. My son immediately loved the look and way improved ride-ability feel and sizing. His smaller basic razor was limiting his balance and bunny hops. First few minutes on the longer stronger s8 and way higher faster hops. He is looking forward to using at skate park. Glad at I purchased through your site/store. Thanks

I ordered a similar scooter for my Grandson for Christmas. When is opened it was missing a part.

I bought my grandson, Ryder a scooter from Broadway Pro Scooter for Christmas 2021 and he loved it. He is on it every waking hour he can be on it.
As soon as he gets home from school he gets right back on it. Apparently, GiGi didn't do too bad this Christmas. I will definitely be checking back next year to see what I can get him for Christmas again in 2022.

I received 2 wheels and the bearing in one didn't worked properly. I sent it back, and didn't received a refund, instead they sent it back the same way, even though they told me that they changed it. Very bad experience. Will not buy anything from this store again! Thanks!

Broadway pro scooters is a fantastic shop to get your gear, great products and the service is incredible taking care of the customer promptly and efficiently and some nice little gifts and then shipping is lightning fast it literally took two days to get my order counting the order date. I seriously could not be more pleased and satisfied with my experience in dealing with Broadway pro scooters!

Awesome. Only one issue but not bad. The grip tape was not on right had to cut some off.
