My agent was Tina and she couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant to talk to. She was patient, seeking out alternative dates and prices to the ones listed, informative and seemed genuinely interested in my 'story' and situation and reason for my particular booking. Her assistance made this whole process easy for me as it's my first time booking and going solo. I've also got her direct line for any further questions.

Philip did a good job helping us with booking our holiday. However you need to sort out problems trying to pay by AMEX when your house has a name not a number, Broadway is the only place I have ever had this issue.

Great help when you need it
Booked a week holiday through Broadway which included Formula one tickets/transfers.
The communication throughout has been great.
When we had an issue at the hotel with room bookings they helped to sort this out straight away. Amazing service
Would recommend using this company and will be doing myself again in the future I’m sure!

I’ve booked the holiday I wanted.
Very disappointed I had to point out that transfers were included on the first screen. All was put right in the end but unsavoury feeling. I have used this hotel and Broadway Travel a number of times in past and was somewhat disappointed with having to double check every thing. I’m against putting this sort of comment on social media as I’m sure this was an oversight as opposed to a money grab
