Hollie was straight on the phone to see how she could help and was extremely supportive with my needs and wants throughout the process. Dealing with Leyla was brilliant. I went through a redundancy consultation in my previous employment, (The 2nd one in 6 months where it was clear this time I would need to look elsewhere).

I contacted Leyla after hearing from others who she had managed to place in great positions and she was so proactive in giving me suitable options, background information on the employers and the future prospects for each employer.

I managed to get an interview and an offer before my redundancy consultation had even started. Knowing that I was walking straight into a job made the whole thing so much easier and stress free.

Where I'm working now is such a great place to work, plenty of room for progression which is a key thing I had discussed with Leyla previously and after 18 months I'm in a fulfilling role, in a great place to work and have already started to see progression having been promoted to a Team Leader.
