Your feet will love ❤️ you with brooks

Thank you so much brooks team.
Iam using brooks from many years and meanwhile my brother gifted me me brooks ghoost 15. Which I kept as my old brooks were perfect, after some months I take out my new brooks ghoost 15 so I fell some pain in my leg on both sides under shoes tongue, so I contact brooks that I feel uncomfortable with my brooks 15 , they aske me some proofes wich I provid them and they send my another pair of ghoost. Iam sooooooooooooo happy 😃 when brooks main office hear my both pain of my leg and heart ( as of huge amount my brother paid for when he bought brooks 15) .yesterday I received a new pair from brooks.se
I have tried alot of brands coz iam not compromising on my feet 👣 but I really like brooks. Its not because of that they solved my issue but believe me and try by yourself they are very comfortable shoes…
Iam working in brooks and running also but I don’t feel any pain and I have washed my old pair of brooks in a washing machine and it’s comes out like a new .try and if Iam wrong then unlike 👎🏿 my comment but I know you will always agree 👍 with my words.

Still waiting for my order

I’d love to be able to comment on the quality and performance of the product, but unfortunately I’m still waiting for my parcel to arrive. Until it’s delivered, it’s hard to say how the Brooks Running product actually is. Hopefully it turns up soon so I can update this review.

The customer service from Fatma and the…

The customer service from Fatma and the ability to help me out was the best you could ask for. Very helpful and very efficient. My issue was a pair of runners that did not suit the shape of my feet and Fatma arranged a replacement pair for me. They are perfect and feel incredible on.
Thank you for your help and I am loving the new runners.

Fantastic Customer Support

I recently had a problem with my Adrenaline GTS trainers. I contacted Customer Service in relation to this. Their response was excellent - pleasant and efficient and the problem was very quickly resolved. This experience ensures I feel confident in buying Brooks trainers in the future.

From Frustration to Loyalty — Thanks to Rutger!

Rutger from Brooks Netherlands customer service was outstanding.

He was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I had an issue that left me seriously reconsidering whether I’d continue buying Brooks shoes at all.

But Rutger completely turned that around. His clear communication, patience, and commitment to resolving the problem made all the difference. He went above and beyond to sort things out quickly and made the experience smooth and stress-free.

Thanks to him, I feel confident in the brand again — and I’ll definitely be including Brooks in my next shoe rotation. Truly impressed!

Perfect experience in online shoe shopping

Excellent! I love my new Ghost max 3 (black).

I'm EUR size 45-46 I ordered 4.5 and 4.6. I kept the 46 and they fit amazingly well and feel really good.

Delivery speed 5/5 ordered on saturday and arrived on Tuesday and followed their ETA.

Great experience and shoe overall and its really comfy to run and walk in.

I highly recommend Brooks 👌

I had high hopes when purchasing my…

I had high hopes when purchasing my first pair of brooks gtx trail running shoes and they were shattered within 3 weeks and around 100/150mile the tread in places was almost gone. I did email the customer service unfortunately they couldn’t be bothered to actually answer my email. Luckily I had purchased from another supplier who had more respect for their customers. Ultimately I would never buy a brooks product again and certainly wouldn’t recommend them.

I have bought Brooks trainers for years…

I have bought Brooks trainers for years but when I had a problem with one of my new trainers recently, I used the customer service online and found them to be excellent. I was immediately offered a replacement and have since received them so I am delighted and will hopefully continue to enjoy their footwear for many years to come. Customer Service answered my initial email promptly and have been in regular contact throughout the time to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Top marks to Fatma for her service.

Excellent Customer Service from Camilla !

I've bought Brooks shoes for many years. Top quality at a good price. The Customer Service is excellent and the phone agents have been very helpful. Most recently CAMILLA SJOEGREEN took ages with me sorting out a couple of issues. All resolved and 2 more pairs of BROOKS purchased !

Amazing service

I recently purchased a pair of brooks gtx running shoes from elverys online,i always buy brooks ghost,but these were on sale for black friday,so i ordered them,started to wear them,threw the box away as i have never had a problem with sizing before.These shoes run very small and the toebox is tight,hated them very quickly.I persevered and try to break them in,but no luck.I contacted elverys and explained after two days a reply came,which said without the box we cannot do anything,it is in our ts&cs...terrible response,very unhelpul,no suggestion of getting in touch with supplier(wont buy from them again)I then contacted brooks who advised contacting elverys,i explained that i had and they were no help.They asked some questions to find out the problem and have advised i will get a new pair of the running shoes i usually wear.Amazing,i offered to pay the difference and they said that would not be necessary.What fantastic customer service.I am a brooks ghost fan and have been for years and will be forever.Go Brooks
