Excellent customer service

I have run in Brooks shoes for years and have always found them to be high quality and durable. I recently purchased a pair and was disappointed to find holes appeared in the uppers after minimal use. I contacted Brooks and was impressed with their customer service - offered a replacement pair.

Great customer service

I would like to commend Brooks’ customer service team for their professionalism and for consistently honoring the 90-day return policy. I ordered several pairs of running shoes that ultimately didn’t work for me, and although I accidentally used the wrong return label on one pair, the team still handled everything promptly. They ensured my returns and refunds were processed quickly, and I truly appreciated their responsiveness and agility throughout the process.

The shoes are great, packaging not so much.

The shoes are great, but the packaging might be some of the worst I've ever seen. Why is my shoebox in a box large enough for 4, with a tiny roll of air filled plastic? The shoebox had clearly moved around tons in the empty space, was open and one of the shoes loose. Not only an environmental waste but completely impractical.

Brilliant customer support.

I had a problem with a split in only my left Ghost shoe contacted Brooks helpline and had a reply the next day and within 4 days of back and forward emails the problem was solved,best customer support I’ve seen in a long time,would definitely recommend Brooks running shoes to anyone.Thank you.

I had bought some brooks runners couple…amazing runners and company

I had bought some brooks runners couple of weeks ago and they were not comfortable for my feet I purchased the wrong type ,I got in touch with brooks and they sorted me out with a new pair of more suitable type whic Im so happy about ,no hassle whatsoever ,amazing company ,I have been with them a few years now and will continue to do so for as long as I need to

Excellent customer service

I recently spoke to a lovely person called Fatma at Brooks customer service following the loss of an online order. They were extremely efficient and resolved that issues promptly and to my satisfaction. I can not fault the service I received.

Adrenaline GTS and customer service

Love my Adrenaline GTS running shoes, had loads of them over the years after a fitting trial that showed over pronation. Never had a problem with knees etc. somehow lost my insoles and Brooks customer assistance helped me out. BRILLIANT SERVICE from Camilla in the Netherlands and Jess in the UK.

Not fit for the purpose

I’ve owned two pairs of Glycerin 20s and they were both excellent, but my current Glycerin 22 GTS has been a real disappointment, and it’s only two months old. The main issue is the very soft foam used for extra cushioning — it damages easily. In my case, the sides wore down quickly from light rubbing against the pedal straps on a stationary bike at the gym. There was no indication that these shoes shouldn’t be used on a bike.
Ultimately, it depends on what you need the shoes for. They’re fine for walking, but if you do any activity where the sides might take impact or friction, these are not the right shoes.”

Worth the Price!

I had a minor issue with quality on some running shoes. Brooks was quick to respond and incredibly accommodating. They shipped out a new pair. I’m thrilled with the fit and quality and feel that the price is worth their willingness to stand behind their shoes.

Poor customer care …

I put a couple of Reviews on this site regarding the withdrawal by Brooks of the Adrenaline Shoe and the consistent lack of availability of Size and Width Fittings online ! Nothing has changed there !
I had reached out Brooks on the Email that they gave me and received no reply.
It is pretty clear to me that they only replied to me to give the impression that they are a caring Company who look after their customers - quite frankly nothing is from the truth.
Over the last 5 years, I reckon that I have spent at least £3,000 on Brooks Adrenaline shoes and been happy with them - now my choice of Adrenaline shoes is Un Ugly pair of Black Monstrosities that frankly wouldn’t be out of place in Pound Stretcher
I am both saddened and angry that Brooks would treat a loyal customer in this way - but there you go ! Profit first eh ?
I’m done with Brooks now - absolutely no more praise or purchases from me

Brooks running shoes are my go-to…

Brooks running shoes are my go-to running shoes.
There’s a fantastic range to suit all needs, all gaits, with or without support in a myriad range of colours.

But, for me, what sets Brooks Running apart from its competitors is the customer service.

You can purchase a pair of Brooks runners online and wear them as normal and if you find that, for whatever reason, they don’t suit you they can be returned for exchange or refund within 90 days.

This can be done online.
If you choose to call Brooks Running or correspond via email then you’ll find that the customer service staff to be helpful, supportive, understanding and efficient.
If they say they will do something then they are good to their word.
You can trust them to do as they say.

So, with a fabulous product and the best customer experience I 100% recommend you buy Brooks Running shoes.
