I was sent the wrong item for my order…

I was sent the wrong item for my order on December 29th. I immediately reached out to the company on the same day via email to their customer service department (as instructed to by their website) within an hour of receiving my package, and with photos/screenshots provided. I am yet to receive a reply to that enquiry. On January 1st I sent another message to their customer services (this time via their online website form). I am now waiting on a reply to that enquiry.

In order to return an item the customer has to, at their time, inconvenience and expense, download the return label from the brother2brother site and then repackage the item (either reusing the original box if it hasn't been damaged opening the item or using one they have, perhaps at further expense to them) and facilitate the re-delivery themselves e.g. physically take it to the post office etc. As someone with limited mobility (officially and legally) and entering hospitalisation, brother2brother's mistake has placed me in a stressful situation -- how do I return an item when I'm in hospital and if I have no printer to print the label required to return it? And more to the point -- why should I have to be stressed about such a scenario due to a hapless mistake this company made? I gave them my custom -- they gave me the wrong item.

I have had a terrible experience with brother2brother and will never shop with them again.

I needed to return an item but found…

I needed to return an item but found the return cost very expensive. £3.99 delivery and £12.15 to return. So £16.14 in postage costs for a pair of shoes that I didn’t keep. Will use other retailers in future that offer free delivery and returns when

I am a tab bit disappointed

I am a tab bit disappointed. The website only (guest user) asked for one address which they later was labelled as billing address and delivery address for some reason had an old address. I realised it within 24hours of the order and immediately reached our to customer care via email as their phone were switched off. At this stage my parcel was not ready nor dispatched, and they failed to update my correct address. I reached out to both customer care & DPD delivery but both of them dint take any responsibility. To top it I had even pay extra for delivery.
