Good and helpful service

Good and helpful service, however, it would be far more helpful for customers to have a measurable sizing chart - M, L, XL etc is totally meaningless and varies from shop to shop and brand to brand.

Compared with my past purchases…

Compared with my past purchases (different brand sold at Brothers), I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the clothes I have picked. The customer service however was very clear, kind and understanding.
