First experience of using a courier service. Received receipt of payment from a firm with a different name.
Struggled to obtain label and dispatch note bar codes from any source i e Parcel expert, the firm that had issued the reciept of payment or Fedex the courier.
Finally got that sorted for return label but not dispatch note.Then told dispatch note not necessary contradictory to earlier advice.
Told Fedex operated on an 8am to 8pm collection service then an email to say it would be collected between 8 and 12.
Waited all day.6pm phoned Fedex obviously based elsewhere because the line was impossible.Finally gathered that we could only continue to wait.
Fedex driver arrived the following morning and told us that it was the first he had heard that he was due the day before.
In total a stressful waste of time.
